Good start to the drama year 2022!

2022 You are going good so far!

So much like Someday or One day in terms of screenplay yet so different. A mythological drama after a long time. (Missed my Wuxia/Xianxia dose for 2021). The fairytales at the start give out hints and explaining the plot was well done. Loved the entire OST of a drama after a long time. When usually dark music flows during the spirit calling scenes in other dramas, this one had the soothing 'Come to me Come to me' in Kawas language playing.

2022 you are doing good to me. 

Hardly do I binge watch a pure historical. Li Changge being the FL everyone loves to see. Dilraba once again impressing me. Be it playing the cute red gumiho or a celebrity or a warrior she is amazing. And the kid from Nirvana in Fire, I will probably say this in every drama of yours but you have grown well kid!

It went in a very different from what I imagined. Definitely more of Politics than Romance. Romance was just a small plot.

After going through the pandemic, all these dystopian stories dont feel like something that will never happen.

Thought there would never be a time travel/time loop drama as good as Someday or One Day.  But Reset turned out to be equally good! Watched it in half a day that too when in a semi drama slump.

A well rounded story of Yi San (King JeongJo) and the court lady who goes on to become the Royal Consort. Was also able to get into more details on the life of a court lady and its concept.
