— Hello | Hallo | 안녕하세요 —
About me:
A gay German-Romanian trans guy that loves all types of media from all over the world, but especially well-written queer content. Volunteer @ Viki. Professional Insomniac™. Also a K-pop multi-stan. Currently learning Korean for fun :)
I'm always open for discussions, recommendations, or just friendly talk, so don't be afraid to say hi. I only accept friend requests if we've talked before (messages, reviews, etc.) :)
Also, I fucking love making lists and documenting things. Please give me ideas for lists.
My drama preferences:
Likes: enemies to lovers | established couples | red flags | ambiguous morals | good intimacy scenes | beautiful cinematography | indie vibes | crime | mild gore | psychological | angst | consent | cohabitation | realism | short dramas | slice of life
Dislikes: cringe/cheap comedy | bad editing | cartoon sound effects | flat rom-coms | high school/university romance (looking at you, GMMTV) | romanticised assault/rape | age gaps | love triangles | unrequited love/obsession (and resulting in toxicity/exploitation) | slow motion | melodrama | miscommunication | shows declining toward the ending | beauty standards | dead fish kisses
My rating system, considering my personal preferences, but not disregarding objective quality:
>9.0 | absolutely amazing, definitely a recommendation |
8.5-8.0 | great, most likely a recommendation |
7.5-7.0 | average, but not a waste of time |
6.5-5.0 | I wouldn't recommend, but still not horrible |
4.5-3.5 | violently bad |
<3.0 | why does this even exist? |
A few clarifications regarding my List:
Plan to Watch: I first watch my 5 high priority dramas. Once I am done with that, I will move 5 new ones from medium up to high, and 10 from low to medium, and repeat the process. I am always open to recommendations, and my priority ranking is not set in stone. Movies or TV shows aren't included in my priority ranking.

— curent medium priority —
On Hold: Dramas that I am currently watching but taking a break from, or deliberating to drop. Also shows that are long and have independent episodes (like variety shows) and that I only watch occasionally. Also airing shows where I've caught up to all released episodes.
Dropped: Dramas that I have watched at least a bit of (usually ≥3 episodes) and decided against continuing/finishing. I might rewatch them at another point. Yes, I drop easily and a lot of dramas, but time is precious and I don‘t see the point in watching something I don't enjoy.
Not Interested: Dramas that I definitely do not want to watch because of tags/plot/reviews, or dramas that I watched 1-2 episodes of and immediately disliked.
