Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Joo Bin will reportedly star in Marry My Husband director's new K-Drama
Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk may lead a new crime mystery K-drama titled Lady Doir.
On October 15, media outlets reported that Lee Joon Hyuk was also offered to lead the upcoming K-drama Lady Doir alongside Shin Hye Sun. Just last week, the K-drama was offered to the actress.
Both Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk's side responded to the casting reports. According to Lee Joon Hyuk's agency Ace Factory, "The actor is still reviewing the offer and nothing has been confirmed yet." Likewise, Shin Hye Sun's side also confirmed that the actress received the proposal and she is still reviewing it.
If Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk confirm their casting, this will be their reunion project. The two previously worked together in the 2017 K-drama Stranger.
Both Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk are currently starring in ongoing K-dramas.
Shin Hye Sun is the main lead of the ongoing ENA K-drama Dear Hyeri with Lee Jin Wook, Kang Hoon, Jo Hye Joo, Kang Sang Jun, and Jeon Bae Soo.
Lee Joon Hyuk on the other hand is starring in the tvN K-drama Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard. The parent story of this drama is Stranger in which Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk starred.
The actor is also set to lead the upcoming K-dramas Mercy for None and Love Scout.
Lady Doir will tell the story of a woman's desire to become an owner of a luxury brand even if all her products are fake. The K-drama is set to premiere through an OTT streaming platform.
Director Kim Jin Min (Goodbye Earth, My Name, and Extracurricular) and writer Chu Song Yeon will work together for the upcoming K-drama.
Shin Hye Sun will possibly portray the main lead role named Sarah Kim. She is a Korean-American who is a rare scammer. She created a luxury brand with fake products to scam the upper-class people.
Meanwhile, there are no details yet on the role that was offered to Lee Joon Hyuk.
