Both are set in the Republican era and have a cold and mysterious young male lead. Both have the childhood sweethearts trope, the male lead falling in love first trope and the avenging the female lead’s family trope. They also have some very hot scenes with the two main leads who have amazingly good chemistry together.
Both are Republican era set mini dramas in which the leads knew each other as children, and then the FL's parents were betrayed and murdered and she was believed to have been killed as well. Years later, the now grown FL returns with a revenge plot against those responsible for killing her family. Both MLs recognize the FL's identity early on but don't tell her, and both have similar personalities.
