Cute, Romantic and A Relationship completely Bingeworthy

I honestly quite liked this series. The ML is known for his short dramas and I really enjoyed watching him here too. This was my first drama of the FL and I really liked her in this drama. This was a very good mini romance drama I've seen for a while. People might comment on the editing and the chemistry but personally I had no issues with the drama. Nothing out of the ordinary was there in the storyline since I have seen many dramas already but still this one made me feel good watching it. For me, the chemistry was really good between the leads. The start of the drama was a great romcom which gradually progressed where the leads had to solve the problems they faced. What I really enjoyed was the bond shown between the leads and the way the FL kept denying her feelings. Also even after problems arose, the two of them were never apart. They both trusted each other and got through the problems faced. The visuals of both the leads are very attractive and their romantic scenes were worth the watch for me. I would really recommend this drama if you are looking for a mini drama with cute, attractive and understanding leads with good chemistry. I personally like dramas where there is no separation of the leads and they go through everything together. This is the one for you if you are looking for the same.
One thing I really felt pointing out would be that I found the antagonist to be pretty dumb and of no use in a way. I know it might be the story but it felt his role didn't matter a lot. He should've been a little more active in the series in doing his job and also being successful in creating proper difficulties for the leads.
All in all I found it to be a good watch and would really recommend it for people looking for sweet contract marriage dramas.

Decent Mini Rework

From the onset this series has good potential with good looking leads, a focus on the business of design and some sensual moments. The chemistry is quite the temptation. The backstory of events of business and relational connections were touching and weaved in well. The OST was more so background music than melodies that encapsule a scene. The ending was like a fairytale which was 'candy sweet' and loving. In fact, the ending was more of the ending that many viewers probably desired to see at the end of 'other' more solid minis that the ML has been featured and this storyline reminds us of. Yet, the editing and scene placement made the flow a little taxing and assumptive which made it fall short. Nevertheless, it is a nice mini overall.

the MFL has no expression

I think I don't like mini-format's dramas. it's very difficult to dive in if the momentum is cut all the time. but this story is still cute and it can be interesting to watch a mini drama if you have no much time to spend on a regular one.
this being said, the most annoying thing about this drama is the face of the MFL, who is just cold and composed all the time. even when she is supposed to be upset, in love, afraid or crying, her expressions are just so odd and cold... maybe too much botox? she seems too preoccupied to be beautiful to let the emotions change her face. that's a big loss for a romance's drama.
but this is still entertaining if you need something fast to watch.

Looks pretty but no substance

So this drama stars Dai Gao Zheng, or as PeachBlossomsGoddess so astutely calls him, “The Best-est of the Chest-est”… that’s probably the most positive thing I’ve got to say about the drama. Dai Gao Zheng is HOT, and look, the writers know it too. They take every possible opportunity to make him take off his shirt. Every side conversation he has, he’s either flexing his muscles in the gym or walking around half-naked. I’m pretty sure he spent more scenes with his shirt off than on in this drama.

The FL is gorgeous too. And she had great physical chemistry with the ML. There is lots and lots of skinship all across the drama (including some slap kisses, be warned) and the sparks do fly.

But other than that… the story was a huge mess. For some reason the writers chose to tell almost all of the story in the first ten or so episodes non-chronologically, with constant flashbacks and time jumps and “3 hrs earlier” and whatnot. SO unnecessarily confusing, especially for a plot that wasn’t all that solid in the first place. It was already riddled with plot holes before the timeline shenanigans.

So while there are individual scenes I enjoyed, I can’t say I liked the drama as a whole.

I don't know

It took me a long time to finish this. The episodes aren't long but they're also not engaging.
The story is full of holes and nonsensical at times and the storytelling is sloppy. I didn't dislike the acting but it's also nothing special. ML was his usual self. FL was very stoic. I'm getting the feeling they don't hire real people to act, they seem to all have to fall into these standards that make them seem plastic or unreal. I guess we can blame Asian beauty standards for that. They're destroying people's uniqueness and beauty.

The last scene makes absolutely no sense and seems like it was made by a 10 yo obsessed with getting married and being a wife.

Very ordinary plot but still enjoyable

The story was enjoyable though full of cliche GAO did fantabulous job as ML ..but who can question his work ...I think he picks his role very carefully that suit his personality (like he pics modern setting roles instead of costume) he was charming ..his act was good ... FL also did an okay job on her part but I felt like her acting during emotional scenes kinda sucks ...she looks very conscious of her makeup and face orientation and doesn't put a real feel to her crying scenes ( reference : ep 09 , min 7 to 9) like who cries with such flat face ?????.. Other than that the drama was good ... It was short so no time wasted on crap .. you can definitely watch it while having your dinner tonight . .
