one of the worst kdramas i‘ve ever watched

I had no expectations, since I knew about the ending and all. Still watched it to form my own opinion. On TikTok I often heard people saying „it’s realistic, that’s why you don’t like it..“ etc. Maybe it is realistic, but I‘m not watching Dramas to see reality. The toxicity… just ew. Nabis and Jaeons encounter, just no. The scene where she started smoking- you could clearly see that nabi was under his spell. Wanted to drop it so much, i still finished it… wasted 10 hours I‘ll never get back. The supporting couples were more interesting to watch then the main couple. The second lead was the better option for na-bi, but yet she still chose jae-on. She chose toxicity, after getting out of a toxic relationship?? Story was repeating itself. No rewatching value. Well after all, wouldn’t recommend it.

Heartbreaking yet such a comforting show :)

A lot of people didn’t like it, but I certainly did. I liked everything about it. The characters, especially the main ones broke my heart all over again. They were so good written and the acting… just wow! The cast is perfect, amazingly written… cried multiple times. The second lead couple was great as well. I just loved their stories so so so much.
The ending satisfied me as well. Saw lots of reviews saying it’s the ending that ruined it but… they got the ending they deserved, and an ending, they wanted. I’m currently rewatching as well… would recommend :))

How to ruin a wonderful drama within the last 20 minutes

This drama had high potential to get into my list of all-time favorites. Unfortunately, this is an ending gone wrong. The drama contained so many misunderstandings, but I accepted it. I loved the romance between the leads, and I even tolerated the first break-up although it was unnecessary and definitely not needed for the plot (definitely could’ve sorted that issue faster than in 3 episodes). When they got back together? Amazing. Cute Romance, adorable moments. Episode 16, Minute 40 - our female lead decides to break up with him because her father betrayed him and stuff. Bestie, your father hurt him, I get that, but breaking up with him will hurt him even more. Children aren’t responsible for their parents actions!!! And okay, they‘ve broken up (FOR THE DUCKING 2ND TIME) and then a time jump… 3 YEARS. Every side character is happy, living their best life where our leads meet again, and instead of us getting a kiss, all we get is the leads friendly talking like old friends. Bruh? Thank you for NOTHING! Writers, I‘m highly disappointed. I was in a huge kdrama slump and this helped me a lot, because it was really funny and had me laughing out load sometimes and I literally couldn’t stop watching. The comments on viki helped as well. Don’t watch this people, you‘ll only get disappointed by this drama. Wasted potential.

it‘s been a while since i watched it, but boy the bad reviews - i gotta say that this got me into kdramas after a slight kdrama slump (how ironic lol?). park shin hye‘s acting improved, thats my personal opinion. as for park hyung sik, i‘ve always loved the dramas i watched with him in it. the story is calm but interesting. Its not as eventful, but for me just the perfect amount? first of all i love the tropes. academic rivals just do it for me. I love the bickering between the leads. i loved their relationship sm. their interactions???the ml was too cute i simply cant with their cuteness! adressing the criticism according their alcohol consumption - yes they drank a lot. yes its not good with anti depressants, but it is a drama still. not everything is as realistic?☝?
