I have a vague memory of staring at a TV screen in the sweltering 90 degree summer trying to do acrobatics over my dyslexia to read the subtitles to Queen Seondeok. I was a first grader, and I still have no idea what it was about, but hell it's 11 years later and I'm still watching these damn shows.

I'm just here to keep track of the shit I watch. My favorite actors, as good or as terrible as they are (in no particular order): Lee Jongsuk, Woo Do Hwan, Wi Hajun, Kim Hye Soo, Kim Go Eun, Song Joongki, Park Min Young, Park Shin hye, national mother Kim Hye Sook, and surely a dozen others whose names aren't popping into my head. 

My favorite drama is 나의 나라 or My Country: The New Age. It's not particularly incredible, but it's reaaaaallly gay and sad and I am both of those things.

Others worth mentioning:
W: Two Worlds because piiiiiiniiiiingggg
Marriage Not Dating (joo jangmi should have dumped all those dudes and left, but I love her to death regardless. the music is the epitome of those mid 2010s dramas and it makes the whole series feel magical).
City Hunter because Lee Minho is nothing if not a comedian, and I feel like this drama invented the ooky spooky disguise of a black mask and baseball cap. He could really hide from anyone in that despite being a literal giant at 187cm.
