The story of line of the drama is so sad, especially since it is based on a true story. The plot overall is good, but I was a little ticked off at the male lead the last one or two episodes (It would be a spoiler if I told you what happens). The acting is amazing for all parties, but especailly the female lead -her portrayal of the disease progression was so convincing and heartbreaking to watch. The music from what I can remember was fine and not to repetitive, so I left its score blank. I will definately rewatch this drama again and I highly recommend at least watching this once.
