You will like this drama if you enjoy watching dramas that are somewhat cliched, have romance, and focus on families. However, the story dwells a little too much on Hwang Ji Eun and her evil mom, and some may find it frustrating/boring but that's all part of the process of watching K-dramas. Have patience!
Those looking for romance will get their fill of it (there's a healthy dosage of it). Even though it is 121ish episodes long, each episode is only 35 minutes. The MCs Kang Han Nee and Lee Han Kyul start off on the wrong foot but slowly fall in love (it's interesting to see them work it out). Parents, greed, and evil sisters are the main antagonists in this drama (as with the majority of Korean dramas) but the acting is solid. There are lapses in the fluidity at times, but it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking for things to nitpick. I didn't hate the music, which is a plus, but the only song I found memorable was the ending song. [Edit: I went back to listen to the OSTs and am totally in love with Life is Like That (Project 406) and Come Into My Heart (Coda Bridge). The rewatch value is a 10 for me because I liked most of the episodes and have it playing from time to time as background noise.
I stumbled across this when I was on the KBS YouTube channel and saw clips of it while scrolling through Instagram. It's safe to say that this drama is full of typical plot devices that have been used in countless other dramas (amnesia, an oblivious mom looking for her long-lost daughter who's staring her right in the face), but it's a safe show with a happy ending and few loose ends.
