They are both based of the same manga Itazura Na Kiss. Each version has it's own personal touch.

Same female lead in both drama. Both similar stories where the male lead has an identity that the female lead has met. City Hunter is a little darker while Healer is a little lighter. Both have awesome OSTs and smoking hot leads.
