I was afraid that they would stick too closely to the book because in the novel, Ming doesn't really have any redemption arc at all. So I was so surprised when this show gave Ming much better character development; it was way more satisfying than anything.

The best part though, was the insane chemistry between Uppoom. Their performances were just so real and good, every scene which they did together was pure gold. They absolutely owned the show, and I need more of their dynamic ASAP. Seriously, give them another show together, someone!
