I had high hopes for this adaptation since I love the game and anime it's based on but this looks so bad. The acting is sub par, the whole thing looks cheap, from the wigs to the sets to the clothes. I really wish they would do a proper live action film with a big budget but I won't get my hopes up.

As much as I love anything involving the Shinsegumi I can't recommend this tp anyone. Unless you have time to kill do yourself a favor and skip it. Especially if you love the anime and the game.
