i believe the plots are primarily the same. both female leads face the downside of their lives and move to a small town, where they meet a guy who's well-known around.

that's the first part of their story! watch teh and oh-aew meet as little kids, turn into best friends, part ways and finally meet again as teenagers who hold all the deep feelings in the world in their chests. good luck!

Of course there's a huge difference in the plots, but i personally find them similar in the male protagonist aspect. They are both writers with arrogant personality and family issues. The dinamics in the main relationship seem to be very alike too.
