This film is different in that the story itself deals with the "production" of erotic gay films, auditions, and has more of a narrative value than being a drama. There is only a glimmer of what could be called a plot, or a romance, the young men will do anything to stay afloat and not have to return to their province. In the theme of the film about the production of a gay erotic film, I see the only major positive of this piece.

Apart from the fact that a bunch of censors end up rejecting this film within a film, we can as always squirm with half-naked and naked men on stage, who look more like caterpillars in a death throes. I rate from the point of view of older pinoy movies.

So it was confusion upon confusion, I mean the story. I agree that some Thai projects (not all) are going a bit out of line by telling the world that love knows no gender and doesn't care about sexual orientation. I think she really cares and if many on the net are still hesitating, then Nick was gay as a log, he just couldn't admit it, put it together, harmonize his life with it. I watched mainly because of Nut (the character Nick), for me he is a symposia with a beautiful athletic figure and I think this role suited him a little less than in the two series we have here and he plays an excellent leading role in them and I recommend watching them (Gray Rainbow and Dear Doctor, I'm Coming for Soul). In terms of acting, I thought it was a bit weaker, and I believed the real Nick the most - the narrator, who is not listed here on MDL in the cast. In any case, a solid piece that makes the viewer think.

Two nice Filipino actors Coco Martin and Paolo Rivero, whom we know from other Pinoy movies listed here on GT (Masahista, Jay, Walang Kawala, Little Boy Big Boy, Bayaw, my favorite Heavenly Touch and maybe others, I can't remember them all), they managed the whole movie in two. Sad movie. Nicely played...

Decide to meet fate just the two of them? Both have already decided to look socially "tolerable" for relationships with women, but true love is here, between them. Neither of them belong to the Filipino poor, JP has a shop and William is moving to Australia. Or that JP would move in with him?

The film is originally 75 minutes long. The copy on YT is "only" 60 minutes long - did the hand of the censor intervene? But I rate the original film and the actors. Where the full 75 min is is a mystery to me, but if you watch other copies and not the shortened one on YT, these lines contain the cut scenes. But it's more about the beauty of the male body, erotically, don't expect any porn, which adds even more value to the film.

I like pinoy movies

I definitely do not recommend this film to local critics, don't waste your time, definitely watch something else, because the camera work, especially in the first short story, is amateurish. But maybe it was on purpose. But that doesn't mean that I agree with the fact that someone's evaluation slips only into Buran homophobia, then the film is not evaluated as such, but an attitude towards something completely different. But for me, the film has its charm, above all in the fact that here I feel the pursuit of humanity, simplicity, the search for truth, what I like about Pinoy films, even if they do not reach the sky, the fact that Filipinos are open in the field of sexuality and above all, what I was very surprised about, several human truths appear in the translation, and I also appreciate that. I will definitely return to the film sometime and it was translated into Czech in the Czech Republic...

I like historical Chinese films

I like historical Chinese films, spiced with a mystical and even fairy tale story and spiced with subtle BL relationships between the men of that time, and I want to thank you for the translation into Slovak. Here at gaytitulky.info, several such films are listed (China, Korea), but Han Zi Gao's film The Male Queen and The Untamed with a rating of 9.1 on MDL are missing here. Mermaid's Jade even boasts some minor BL scenes that I didn't even count on, apparently it got past Chinese censorship as a relationship between a minister and a mermaid (but it was a mermaid ha ha). Good acting, story a little rushed (but I don't mind at all) and a surprise ending that no one expects, with beautiful music and you can kind of guess the ending or rethink the story, which for me was the most amazing ending. For me, very beautiful, deep and I would like to watch it again sometime.

This Pinoy film is a bit different from the usual scheme of gay films from this East Asian archipelago. No poverty this time.

And I can have a rather sugary Filipino pink gay book once in a while. I can look at a picture with a very simple story through Asian eyes and not be a critical European. But the end of the film is certain.

For the incidentally very decent processing (camera, editing), I deducted three out of ten points for the "shower" scenes, when the men were constantly showering in their briefs, while the Philippines is completely natural when it comes to eroticism and sex, a bit rougher erotic scenes and "fish" the kissing scene between Manny and Levi (fishy means when a straight actor is not capable of "normal" kissing with another man and just puckers his lips forward like a carp on dry land).

Overall, I'm happy with the pinoy fairy tale...

Very strange movie

Even now I can't recover from it ... the film raises so many questions and the viewer has many feelings and thinks about it ... The film is definitely not for everyone (many will definitely condemn it, on the contrary, I appreciate almost every film that touches of our otherness), but even though he is Asian, this time he is neither naive nor affected as an actor... STORY: in the first third of the plight of a boy who escaped from the dictatorial north and a girl originally from China, but of Korean origin, who are afraid return deportations, the second third completely different with no connection to the first - a young boy and a rich businessman and the third third - the fates of both boys intersect and ... ACTING PERFORMANCE: excellent, especially for all three male roles (I evaluate from an Asian point of view) SOUND: average , there is less musical component of undertones, apparently on purpose PROCESSING: refined, irritating, may even annoy many viewers (sometimes lengthy, out of focus, sometimes grainy, hand-held camera) OVERALL IMPRESSION: I am torn (disappointed by the end of the story, moved by the fate of the North Korean - after all, Jun could to defend at the end, but apparently he already gave up, I am surprised by the "beauty" of the rich businessman - in the love scene it is often hard to tell who is "young" and who is "old", he looks physically good), but overall a positive impression prevails, but at the same time and thoughts about the fate of thousands of such people in the south of the Korean peninsula.

Complex excellent film

I didn't read the reviews and played the movie and after a while I wanted to delete it because I thought it was like snot dragging crap. I haven't done it yet!!! A difficult film and not for everyone... to perceive, to watch, but once you get on the ropes, you already know for sure that this is a completely extraordinary film. I'm still thinking about it, and the more and with the distance (I saw it two days ago), the higher I want to give it, and I gradually realize how much the creators of this film actually conveyed through the slow shell of processing. Relatively boring, dragging plot, impersonal and cold relationships, recurring pacific monsoons... and a high rating from me and you can judge me all you want.

Nike from the 180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us here in this series plays the character Jack, a shouted hidden gay, which both of the marital couple from the neighborhood, beautiful Aimee in the role of Tai and no less attractive Sympoš Boy as Palma. It was Palm and Tai that seemed to me the best in this series. The funny thing was that whatever the two men did (they grabbed their hand or wanted to kiss), always appeared in the door, window or room Palm's older son, even though it had its reasons and the older son also played it too Solidly. Overall, the plot, the plot was slightly dragged than other Club Friday series with LGBTQ+ themes, but satisfaction and most importantly .... Users in the Czech Republic receive an original translation into CZ, as in a few countries and connected episodes, not chewed.

Beautiful experience!

I enjoyed the last episode of this series and I can say that the positive impressions outweighed me in the evaluation - beautiful main song by Jeff Satur and countless variations of the melodic line of the song during some scenes and very well played both main characters performed by young likeable actors Chapa and Green (who literally charmed me with his nature and the way he falls in love with the character of Nawee), also in the kissing scenes, finally the Thais proved that they can only want it from the creators. These impressions completely lagged the minor shortcomings, the accelerated story, and the need to realize that Nawee's character is mentally ill and not scolding and condemning her, like many on other world servers, to go with the "crowd." Very nice experience and I hope that Chapa and Green will ever see each other again (they shot a series of 12 nano-episodes Chapter of Green 2021 together in the total length of the series 11 min (!), But that can not be considered a series.

God, this is incredible, what kind of lakorn is this, set in the first third of the 20th century, when the Japanese occupied Siam at the time. Read the description in the previous review by Barka, I'll just emphasize that the story must have been invented and written by the devil himself. We are in a time when the world did not wish other people, we are in the time of a Chinese clan operating in the territory of Siam, and the intrigues are so terrible, so surprising and every ten minutes they turn in a way that you do not expect. Absolutely no boredom, grown-up, no school kids. I thought to myself, I'll take a look at the first part and then I'll probably wait for the translation to be completed, but somehow it's still not happening, and after the first part, which is such an introductory piece, I just took a look at the second part. But that was a mistake! There it started in such a way that I devoured the series in three days. And that it is a pack, 17 parts of 70 to 75 minutes each! In addition to the intrigues and surprising plot twists, it is also a sky-high drama, mystical and sometimes even tragic (see the mushrooms), but that doesn't bother me, I also don't blame fairy tales for the story because they are partly fictional, everything was done so that the viewer, especially Thai , he didn't get bored. But on the other hand, beautiful visuals, a great theme tune and a song by NuNew that has 66 million views on YT and excellent acting in the Thai way. I was captivated by the beautiful sibling love, while the mothers scheming the ostopero, the younger brother, the brawler Yang, was every inch a symposus, the equally beautiful Jiu, who gradually fell in love with Thian, who was expected to succeed the clan leader, as well as both wives and one mistress the existing Song fruit and their two butler maids. A great experience for those who understand why it is filmed and made the way it is. The current rating on MDL 8.3 and IMDb 8.5 speaks for itself, who doesn't like Asian lakorns - I don't recommend it, others do!

A crazy short film that has an absolutely incredible rating on IMDb, I didn't find it that interesting at first, but after "maturing" it turned out to be a very solid piece and I certainly do not regret the time spent watching it, with an exaggeration and with the actors who are now the stars of the series Not Me and they are a couple in real life too.


Ztřeštěná blbinka, která má na IMDb naprosto neuvěřitelné hodnocení, mi zezačátku nepřišla až tak zajímavá, se nakonec po "uzrání" vyloupla ve velmi solidní kousek a určitě nelituji času stráveného sledováním, bráno s nadsázkou a s herci, kteří jsou teď hvězdami seriálu Not Me a jsou párem i ve skutečném životě.
