Nothing new at all
Only the combination of typical Chinese modern drama protagonists is new, and all the scenes from Chinese modern dramas are used as is. xu kai seems to have copied the character from the previous drama Best Choice Ever. Everything from the hairstyle to the fashion.The more I watch modern Chinese dramas, the more clichéd they become. This drama is like a combination of Fireworks of My Heart and Only for Love.
Similar scenes keep appearing, but Chinese screenwriters who think they can cover up the loopholes in the story just because the visuals of the main characters are great have really made no progress.
