I'm... very confused. It seems like the show is saying the mom should have kept the kid longer instead of going to the orphanage. Pero like that would be kidnapping?????????????????????????? Like do police not take care of missing persons in Korea? I'm confused. I also find this episode kind of boring tbh. We basically knew everything that was going to unfold ahead of time and the reveal wasn't that interesting.

I was surprised they mentioned Sungkyukwan this episode!!! It makes me want to rewatch Sungkyukwan Scandal just so I can remember what was written on those sheets of paper they pasted everywhere. Really not feeling the romance between the ML and FL.... SFL better get it cuz gurl T_T Story is a bit predictable, but I don't think they're really trying to hide anything so I can't really judge them. Like they have so much set up for the main-arch's plot twist at this point. Wondering when they'll finally reveal. Interestingly, I'm finding that I'm more curious about immediate concerns like the power struggle between the king and nobles.

They were so cuuuute this episode! I was so happy for them. And I loved seeing Dam step up for her friend too. The realization that Soo Kyung used to have a crush on Do Jae Jin took me by complete surprise! Ahh... and Hye Sun and Do Jae Jin are so cute. But... then ending of this episode took such an unexpected turn. Im a little annoyed to be honest. It kind of came out of nowhere it feels like. And so last minute. T_T At least the rest of the episode was nice. I didn't realize the last episode wasn't out on Viki yet.... I think it comes out soon though so that's good.

I just have to say that these are Meguru's best outfits so far I wish I could share a picture it's just absolutely *chefs kiss* I can't stop staring at his shirt. The lines of his pants? AUGH i wish I could see the heels so I could appreciate all the details because this outfit is just amazing. The other outfit from this episode I love of Meguru's is the pale blue dress he wears towards the end. Kira's shirt during the live broadcast is also excellent this time around. Fantastic. Also, I am in love with Asahi. I'm on my knees proposing to her right now.

The acting was so good for this that at some scenes, I had to read the subtitles, go back, and then rewatch the scenes just to appreciate the acting. It's not the first time I've done it for this show, but I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate that now. It's just well done on so many levels. Not just the acting. The cinematography, the direction, wowowowowowoow. And they got so much story into five hours! Normally I hate long pauses (a pet peeve of mine) because they feel like they add nothing to the scene, but.... this acting just brings so much depth in all of that silence. Beautiful, just beautiful. I can't believe I have one more episode left!!! I'm afraid to see what will happen next!

Who must I thank for this woman that is so incredibly rare in dramaland?! That suit, the hair, the cocky demeanor oh blessed be to the kind person who casted and styled this character~ If anyone knows who the actress is, please add her to the cast! I haven't found anything on her so far.
