Hong Mei shouts that she suspects Dan Yang and says that he and Bai Hui are in trouble. She strongly asks him to follow the order. The team investigates Secretary Lu Cheng. Captain Chen tells Hong Mei that he knows her motives are so angry with Dan Yang. Half of the magazine clippings were found by Bai Hui and Captain Chen uses them to continue the investigation. Bai Hui informs Dan Yang about a new suspect: Zhou Jun, who becomes a big key in piecing together the investigation in this episode.Dan Yang presents the painting magazine and shows a particular page to Hong Mei and Captain Chen.He asks them not to be suspicious of Bai Hui anymore. In episode 5 there were bandits hiding in the shadows plotting trouble. The good guys facing danger, deciphering and disarming the traps placed by their enemies. It was much more than just damaged speakers. Ji Dan Yang shows that he has mathematical powers and cooperates with the solution. Hong Mei and the captain investigating the underground tunnels. Friendly fire revealed (A cat and mouse moment. And this enemy is difficult to defeat). Mr. Bai needs to help the enemy. Bai Hu is thrust into the spotlight of honor. By the time we get to episode 15, the main couple has already gone through many difficulties together. And together they have learned a lot about each other. But, by the time we get here, we definitely realize that they have an understanding with each other that no one else has. This is the first time that the male lead is truly at a disadvantage and weak. Even in the face of danger, he does not let his well-planned plan go astray. But... in these well-calculated risks he needs the help of his beautiful beloved, who will not leave him alone. He makes yet another confession from his past (very similar to the struggles of the girl with the pearl), they two have more in common than we imagined. And the pirate woman? From one trouble to another, she only gets worse. (I think you are the male lead's sister. Am I right, or not?).

This beginning of the episode was quite philosophical. The conversation between ZJR and DW shows the difference in their worldviews, and where they both came from. He asks her how she became so insensitive and she says: I've always been like this, if it weren't for them in this place of punishment, it would be us (as if she were saying: it's fair that it's like this, it's what they deserve, this is justice). Then, he leaves and says he's going to look for another place to live. She orders someone to keep whipping the tormentors who mistreated her brother. But her eyes are full of tears.DW takes Mr. Zhao to the secret basement where YZJ has hidden the riches. Although she received the blood pearl (the one worth 3 million), she did not give up on her mission to acquire all the pearls (as YZJ wants). She will only use part of the treasure to achieve the mission. Kang Ju went to visit YZJ in prison and told him about DW's plans. YZJ admired her calmness. And she did not allow Kang Ju to stop her. Kang Ju warned YZJ that the family is even selling stores to acquire that whole batch of pearls. YZJ comments that it is because there are only a few days left for the tribute pearls, only 10 days, and this family would really invest a lot in this. But Kang Ju asks YZJ about what they are trying and so does DW (is the stake too high this time?). YZJ did not answer. His friend gives him the medicine and asks him not to forget to take it. Cui Shi Jiu and her father argue over what happened to the pearls (he blames her and says the loss is too high). However, there is another dilemma between father and daughter (he wants her to behave like a woman and wear women's clothes). But she says that she can be a woman and a negotiator, that is possible. But her father does not accept this choice of hers and slaps her 3 times and orders her to change her clothes, but she always says no. Until she leaves, but her father feels bad and falls down sitting down, and the assistant asks him to calm down.At the auction of YZJ's assets, the final card was played by DW, who gave up on making the last bid. She claims that the Cui family is willing to admit guilt over the tribute pearls and will prepare the pearl lotus for King Tan. And that Xu should trust her, because the Cui family definitely doesn't want to die. (She asks Xu to intercede for her family because in a few days everything will be resolved).Zhang and DW are at the fair enjoying the taste of candied fruits and find themselves caught in a trap. DW comes face to face with his mother's killer. But the two, with the help of Zhang's subordinate who arrives in time (manage to defeat the enemies who attack them), but one of them manages to escape. Zhang holds DW who still wanted to run after her mother's killer and she shouts: Zhang, is there still justice in the world? But Zhang reminds her that the Cui family's mistakes in pearl collecting can still be resolved, prevented by their actions. And that there is justice, yes. Zhang shows love and care for Duan Wu and the moment the two of them together face the enemies they really seem like a couple. The enemy even says: What a beautiful couple! (Could this be a premonition for the end of the drama???). Cui Shi Jiu hears the excuses of the henchman (the killer of Duan Wu's mother) and her look is that of a stoner who has not given up the hunt yet. The episode ends with Zhang calming Duan Wu down and handing her a document that could put an end to the corruption of the Cui family who failed to deliver the pearl tribute correctly every year.

Duan Wu falls into the trap of the accountant who pretends to be sick. Duan Wu thus goes alone on the mission to buy pearls, taking with her a small suitcase full of gold. Meanwhile, her little brother is being beaten by the evildoers who want to harm DW. Duan Wu manages to escape the trap. Instead of a suitcase of gold, she receives a suitcase of worthless street stones, but she makes a deal with the merchant to make hairpins with those pearls. When she arrives back on the ship where she lives, she finds her injured brother lying in bed. She learns what happened and is outraged. When she arrives on deck, she finds the accountant who deceived her, tied up and about to be executed by YZJ. DW argues and when Zhang arrives, he informs her that there is another jurisdiction, so YZJ cannot do that kind of act, even though he has a contract. Since Zhang said he would report him, he decides to just throw her into the sea. Zhang signals for his subordinate to go and intercept the woman after she is thrown into the sea. (Zhang considered her life, and was shocked by YZJ's inability to do the same.) DW recalled everything that happened to her that day and understood that it was all a plan devised by YZJ. He said ironically: "You are getting too smart." And DW, indignant and upset, as YZJ left, looked at him and said: We are all just pieces on your board. And he said smiling: "Yes." Meanwhile, Zhang asked DW: Is this what you call hope? And she looked at him with her eyes shining with hidden tears in her eyes. A murder has taken place, the episode shows someone with YZJ's face committing the crime. He ends up in jail, but before that, Zhang takes responsibility for the entire cargo of the ship. YZJ accepts and says that he feels at ease knowing that he will be taken care of. DW manages to make the two men who beat up for his brother go through the same humiliation. Zhang arrives at this moment and is shocked, scolding DW and wondering how she got to this point? Cui Shi Jiu has fallen into the same predicament she created herself. The pearls were pierced by the merchant who expected her to fulfill the hairpin craft. She then gives up on the deal, but has a very short time to find a solution.

Tasks between friends should always be for mutual benefit. And you shouldn't let anyone sacrifice themselves for you. (This is expressed in the conversation between the little brother and the little sister). Duan Wu's hairpins are a success and her friend is very happy, but Duan Wu asked something more difficult of her, a favor that her friend did not refuse. Mr. Zhang is thrown out of the inn and accepts Yan Zi Jing's offer to stay on his ship. Zhang witnesses Yan Zi Jing speaking rudely to Duan Wu and asks the pirate to act like a man and not take his anger out on a young girl. The pirate also says that Zhang is also humiliating himself by needing his help in that situation. They face each other at that moment. Zhang suffers an assassination attempt and finds ways to discover that it was his noble friend who planned it all. In a fun moment at a candy store, the jewelry store friend says to Duan Wu (Haven't you noticed that Mr. Zhang likes you?). But Duan Wu says that she is not of the same ilk as him, she is just a humble pearl hunter. (Who is of her ilk? The tsundere pirate?) But her friend emphasizes, "Mr. Zhang would be a great choice of husband for you." Mr. Zhang asks Yan Zi Jing what resentment he holds against the Cui family. YZJ gives DW a new mission, to buy all the pearls from a certain merchant. Duan Wu tells Zhang that she is part of the same law of the jungle that YZJ is part of. Zhang says in frustration that he doesn't want her to become like YZJ. YZJ cleans his sister's memorial tablet. (This is a character totally stuck in the past. I don't know if by the end of the drama he will be able to free himself from it.) Duan Wu's little brother falls into a trap set by the enemies and ends the episode being beaten up. Duan Wu sets out to fulfill her mission, not knowing what is happening to his little brother.

Will the competition for the pearl at the bottom of the sea (Duan Wu's specialty) happen? The villains changed the script and the pearl girl had to face a different fight. She almost succeeded, but was sabotaged. And the heartless pirate saved her at the last minute, preventing the worst from happening to her. And the protective clothing that the master had previously given her cushioned the impact of the blade. Mr. Zhang worries about Duan Wu; if it were up to him, she wouldn't be in this competition. Yan Zi Jing confronts his opponents, emphasizing that they were dishonest but decided not to revoke their victory. Mr. Zhang took Duan Wu to a hospital and tried to dissuade her from her plans, inviting her to go with him to the commercial city of Chang Yan. She refused, as it would go against her true plans. Yan Zi Jing plays his sad instrumental music and remembers how his relatives died. And he says to his friend, a perhaps premonitory line of this drama: “I left no way out for myself. That is the meaning of life.” She always wants a reward. And ends up getting it with her negotiating charm. He says no. He says yes. How contradictory. (And the friend says to Yan Zi Jing: “She is looking more and more like you.”). He listens and seems to like it. The two brothers dream of the big store and the fireworks in their innocent optimism. Duan Wu gets his place in the trade board, and the first one shares it with his friends, and with that old man (who once tried to scam her).

About episodes 1 to 4: (pieces on a board that fit together perfectly).This is a worthy pirate story.These 4 episodes are intense. We have a true red flag here. He is sincere, sensitive and ruthless at the same time. The anti-hero seeks revenge at any cost. The heroine also seeks revenge on someone, but she dreams of freedom, independence and success. The girl with the pearl, Duan Wu, is truly different, determined, and wins over everyone around her with her courage and strength of spirit. The story of the two complements each other harmoniously. The plot is coherent, like the pieces on the board always fitting together and organizing the elements coherently. But who is Yan Zi Jing's sister? I think it is the woman who fought with Duan Wu, the pirate woman. I loved the poetry recitation scene. Does Yan Zi Jing have an illness? What illness is that? The hero/anti-hero needs to have some vulnerability, right? In addition to the emotional one that he carries with him.

Mei Lin says to Morung Jing He that the souls of Qingzhou will take him to hell. And Morung Jing responds laughing: "I'm already in hell." He breaks her pride and needs her hatred. From the opening song and the first scenes with the heroine, we imagine a plot of relentless revenge and a cat-and-mouse war between the heroine, Mei Lin, and the dangerous anti-hero, Morung Jing He. The tragedy that Mei Lin faces brings her a deep hatred for the supposed killer of her family and the people of her hometown. But the first encounter with the anti-hero (and now I realize, it was funny, full of humor and childish jokes about two little animals he loves: a white puppy and a turtle (his true friend who passed away and he was holding a funeral for this friend). He was being carried in a sedan chair by his soldiers (apparently, not only because he was a prince, but because he was unable to walk). But even in this situation, he presents a lazy, arrogant and carefree aura. He says right at the first encounter with Mei Lin (among all the beauties, this one (Mei Lin) is the only one who interests me.From the first scenes, why didn't I realize it before? (he is a mask of what he is not). A boy hidden behind the mask of a butcher general and a merciless lover (but it is all a mask) and from the first seconds we were shown. Episode 16:Timeline 2:Xia Guo lives with her boyfriend Xue Min, who is caring, charming, intelligent, and gives her a cozy life and gives her a lot of attention. But by the end of the episode, she'll realize from a remark made by her young friend, bartender, and her friend, Lucy, that Xue Min, her boyfriend, is probably someone who doesn't want to get married. Yu Jian seizes the moment and asks Wen Ya, what importance a woman gives to having a job, because he thinks he would be protecting her from the stress of work, but his wife thinks differently. Wen Ya explains in some ways that this means self-assertion, comparing it to Yu Jian's satisfaction in being an engineer.PS:A very important point of this episode was Yu Jian and Xia Guo's conversation. She explains all the details of the helplessness she felt at the time birth of the baby, in the hospital, without any family and having to sign the hospital document with her trembling hands. They both cry and she lays out her grievance to him, and the two reconcile.

Xia Guo talks to her mother at the restaurant, and her mother approves of her courtship of the well-heeled boss.Xia Guo realizes that her mother doesn't take care of herself anymore as soon as she used to. Li Qiu keeps pressuring Xue Ming using their daughter as an excuse. Upon discovering Xue Ming and Xia Guo's relationship, the two are implicated. Xia Guo submits her letter of resignation, but learns that Xue Ming resigned earlier to protect her so she could keep her job.
