I understand FL needing a bit of time to get herself together but 6 YEARS. The fact that her son doesn't recognize her is glossed over. Why couldn't she sue for visitation if she loved her kid that much. It also didn't make sense that ML could not see her or his other kids(didn't seem like he was accused of a crime but barred from travelling?)

As I mentioned leads have good chemistry even if ML looks too young for role but they should have simply concentrated on interactions with the leads instead of secondary characters especially the FL's sister (cousin?)
They kept letting her stick around with no explanation even after being found guilty.
