As I was watching this I could see the similarities between them though the amnesia aspect was the difference.
Both ML's are company CEOs who fall in love with a female employee.
Both ML's have a best friend they started the company with and consider family.
The FL never leaves the ML's side and cares for him.
There is more but if I write it here, it would be a spoiler (go watch it!)

Jirisan happens in nature and in Missing it's similar.
These two also have the fantasy/mystery element that really takes a strong part of the story.
There are moments of teamwork for both shows though for different purposes.
In Jirisan, they are looking for people who go missing on the mountain while Missing is sort of a different perspective of searching for those who go missing.

These two dramas for one have Suda Masaki acting in them. He's super good!
Next is these both have two guys investigating cases together, though one is a information business and the other involves the police.
And duh, bromance.

The pacing is similar in that the dialogue is fast and the setting is usually at home. While the main characters have different motives for staying home, they live with what they have already.

One of the main characters has autism and the disability shows that the character has something special about them which changes the other main character. They are both stories where the people are trying to communicate with someone with autism.

Both hold mysteries that are solved throughout the drama
Both have lovable side characters that just make you laugh
Both have a killer
Same main actress in both dramas

Both male main characters have an illness that makes it difficult to be a doctor but both pursue to be doctors and do their best despite their weaknesses.
Both dramas have romance between doctors and residents. It's not the main focus of either story.
Medical mysteries do not overwhelm the story with things to do so that there is no more room for character development. Characters build a strong relationship with each other and with themselves.
