A young woman inserts herself in the criminal underworld to seek revenge for her sisters death. Undercover as a prostitute she meets a man and begins an entanglement. If you are looking for a dark mafia type romance that will take you on a ride of emotion Heartless City / Cruel City is the show for you. Just a warning this show did make me cry.
