This movie is so GREAT at times they slip in jokes, like (Slight Spoiler): one of the Filipino soldiers felt pain, and one of them asked "are you shot" and he responded "no, a red ant bit me". Their Acting when they swear or cuss really gets me. (Spoiler) The Visuals are great when he sees his traumatic flashbacks and when he foresees his own death. The casting is great Paulo Avelino as Del Pilar is great and really fits him. And since i am interested in the Filipino History this is really good from the trilogy.
Well yes it has a nice plot and you could see the character development overtime; it also made me "kilig" and you could really relate to them and suprisingly its the only show that made me "kilig" because they are so good on how from they hate each other to an awkward stage till they love each other, also i could see or distinguish each chapter of the show, but it was all too fast because they rushed other characters to cast the replacement of this show "The Generals Daughter" which kind of ruins the ending. But overall it is a great show and i recommend you to watch. -Taga-Ilog789
