After watching this drama I understand why this was one of the most popular Japanese dramas of 2012. Oguri Shun and Ishihara Satomi were pitch perfect in their roles. In fact, I felt the lead actors were so commanding in their roles that everything else paled in comparison. I couldn't bring myself to care about any of the other characters. I wasn't even really into the storyline either. However I kept watching because I found the two lead characters interesting so I kept watching because I wanted to find out what was going to happen to them. The chemistry between the two leads was amazing too! I also really liked the music used in this drama, I felt it matched the drama completely. Overall, although Rich Man, Poor Woman is a very good drama I would not classify it as a must-see.
