This special was released after second season in order to introduce the final film, it includes a mini performance by the Arashi boys so this was a promote to the final film. At the beginning, There were moments where F4 and Makino were together yet there wasn't actually a story to talk about. You need to watch this before the final movie, if you already watched the film then there's no need to watch it because like I said earlier it's a promote to the fianl film.
