Story - 6.5 - I really enjoyed the beginning of the show, it was cute and relaxing to watch, but then the last 4 episodes dragged and focused on unnecessary drama. *SPOILER* Had the ending been sad I would rate it much lower, but since it wasn't I'd say it's a decent drama, enjoyable and cute for the most part. Not that sad endings are bad, I just think that for this particular show it wouldn't be fitting. *SPOILER*
Still not a 10/10 ending whatsoever. Episodes in my opinion were: 1-8 good, 9-11 kinda boring and draggy, 12 okay.
I would have liked more interactions and backstory on the friendship between Doo Shik, Seol Ah and Jae Sun, their relationship was supposed to be deep (they told us) but they never really show that. I felt like either the casting choice wasn't good or the writing of the characters was pretty bad, hence the characters didn't have chemistry and all of them, including secondary ones, came off at least slightly annoying. Not completely unlikeable though.
I could never discern Hong Jo's intentions and feelings, whether he was happy, in love, sad, annoyed, confused, etc. Jae Sun fell flat for me and Seol Ah was immature, childish and infantile. Ji Eun started annoying but improved, same with Doo Shik.
Cast - 6.0 - I'm within that group that thinks L still has a long way to go to be considered a good actor. The role does fit him since he looks cat-like and cute (especially when he pouts) but he still lacks the ability to emote that's necessary for a lead role.
- Seo Ji Hoon was okay, I like his acting but this role wasn't one that would allow him to show his skills.
- Shin Ye Eun, while I don't understand the hype around her (I haven't seen He is psychometric yet), did a good enough job.
Music - 7.0 - I actually quite liked the songs, I actually saved more than a couple of them on my playlist. While the OST is nothing to rave about, it does fit the show and it's memorable enough. Except the song in english... I don't like it but that seems to be an unpopular opinion.
Rewatch value - 5.0 - I don't think there's any rewatch value. I don't feel the pull to go back and watch any scenes again which usually happens with other shows even if it's just one or two scenes. It's a show to watch once and then forget. I don't rate it lower cause it wouldn't be dreadful to rewatch either.

Short and sweet
I don't usually watch slice of life coming of age dramas cause they can be too realistic for me and I watch dramas to escape but this one is worth the watch, it's short and sweet with a nice message and heartwarming characters. The positives: The romance was very freaking cute cause Jang Dong Yoon is so freaking cute. The relationship between the teacher and the girls was so wholesome and heartwarming and the relationships between the girls felt realistic and relatable so I liked them a lot.
The negatives: The mother-daughter relationship was too strained for my liking, I really disliked the mom most of the time. The protagonist changed her mind too many times too quickly till it became annoying, but overall I liked her.
Story - 8.0 - The story is very simple yet poignant, I think we've all been in similar (not quite the same) situations or experimented the same feelings as the girls (and boy) in the drama, which made it very relatable for me in some aspects. But at the same time, it has a very positive, sweet and feel good vibe and the fact that it is based on a true story makes it even sweeter.
BUT! It has its annoying, repetitive and draggy parts though.
Cast - 9.0 - Overall the cast did a good job.
Jang Dong Yoon (ML) is just the cutest EVEEER but most important than that, he is such a good actor, my favorite kind of actors are the ones who emote really well and oh boy! does he know how to emote, I don't need the show to spell it out for me to know what his character is feeling.
Park Se Wan (FL) was good too, as always.
The only weak point for me was Lee Joo Young (Hye Jin), is not that she was awful or anything but she could have been less wooden.
Music - 6.0 - It wasn't the best nor the worst, not memorable enough for me to rate it higher but not necessarily bad.
Rewatch value - 7.0 - Since it's fairly short and a feel good story it's possible I'll rewatch it eventually. Also, the romance scenes are so cute that I'll revisit them fairly often for sure ^^
Watched on December 2020.

This is the first weekend-family Korean drama I've watched! I've attempted to before, a couple times, but ended up concluding that they just weren't my thing. I don't exactly know what pushed me to try and watch this one, I think I saw a comment here on MDL, on the upcoming "Once Again" drama, criticizing this one and curiosity got the best of me, though I'm glad it did. Now I think I understand what the appeal is: you get really attached to the characters (regardless how one-dimensional they can get), their stories and their growth. Though nothing especially interesting happens, just watching their journey becomes enjoyable and pleasing. It gives you a nice feeling of familiarity every time you play a new episode. Also every plot line has interesting aspects so when one becomes momentarily uninteresting the other makes up for it and viceversa.
In any case, with all the previous weekend family dramas I tried (not many though) I never got this attached or cared for the characters this much, so this one must have something special. Maybe how likeable most of the characters are or become eventually. When it ended I surprisingly found myself feeling a little nostalgic and sad.
Story - 8.0 - The plot is far from original or fast paced, besides I'm not gonna sit here and pretend that a weekend 100 episode drama didn't drag the plot, sometimes some scenes where unjustifiably long and some situations repeated one or two many times. Therefore I skimmed parts (yeah I'm a skim watcher). Nonetheless the characters, story and its end are heartwarming and worth the watch.
I, unexpectedly, really enjoyed Cheong Ah's character and I think she is what makes this drama good. At first I thought she would be your typical Mary Sue but no, she was nice and warm-hearted without being a pushover, and she was forward with her feelings without being too clingy. She wasn't a perfect character and sometimes she made choices I didn't agree with or annoyed me, but she was relatable and I liked her mentality and recilience.
Although for me the best character was Kang Shi Wol, I enjoyed all of his appearances and I wish he had been more relevant to the plot (got major SLS with him but I still liked the OTP).
Cast/Acting - 9.0 - I loved Seol In Ah and Yoon Park though IMO Lee Tae Sun stole the show (rated it a 9 for introducing me to him). Everybody loves Kim Jae Young and I think he has lots of potential but he's still a little wooden/stiff for my taste. Everyone adored Oh Min Suk's acting on this one, and I enjoyed him but I don't think he was as outstanding as I've seen people claim. Everyone else was okay (with some exceptions here and there).
Music - 6.5 -Music wise it wasn't memorable enough for me to even recall the songs, but at least as far as I remember it wasn't distracting or annoying.
Rewatch Value - 7.0 - I mean it's a family very long drama so I probably won't rewatch but I don't rule out visiting some scenes in the future.
