This is one of the most confusing dramas ever. Not because of the plot, because that was easy enough to follow. This drama, I wasn't sure whether it was meant to be a satire of the gangster genre or not.

The characters were all incredibly badly written. The ML is a baby-faced, gentle innocent anti-hero (sort of), and the FL is the bubbly, bird-brained, but still kind at heart, annoying FL that I usually can't stand, but at least she wasn't meek.

For some reason, the actress that plays the FL, Zhou Yu Tong, has never annoyed me even though she plays such badly written characters. She somehow reinvents herself, even her face looks different in every drama I have seen her in. This makes me really respect her as an actress, when I can watch dramas where she is playing a FL character that is everything I hate in a FL, but somehow, I still like her in the drama.

Zhou Yu Tong deserves better material, and I hope she gets that some day.

The SML was laughable, and I am not sure whether that is due to his acting, or the terrible script. The island setting of this drama kind of saved it from being a complete disaster, as beautiful island scenery was definitely the highlight.

If you like baby-faced innocent teenage heros (legal aged), with taller, but still immature females in their 20's, then this drama might be for you! Well, possibly. Anyway, the plot was so fragmented and odd that I don't really know what to feel about it except confused. Near the end, it turned into melodrama madness and literally fell off a cliff of confusion.
