I believe I understand why almost all Battle Through The Heaven fan is giving their disapproval in season one live action drama, as I can see through the episodes there are not following the actual novel nor it comics. The drama is showing the viewers the other side of the story that happen, it shows us the power struggle and also the clans war that happening. Technically it doesn't show the viewers Xiao yan childhoods development, Yao low character also being minimize in the drama, the character like happy Po dong @ ice Emporer even though it make it present in the drama but still the director make him look like a coward where else in he is not link with that Yun Yun the female character with the poisonous body. Every readers know that xiao yan only have 2 wives one is Yun er the other one is queen Medusa .
All I could see is this is a side story, I hope in season 2 the producer would follow the novel or comic, these would be the beginning journey of actual Battle through the heaven.
