very smart leads cracking cases by examining them medically,,similar personalities and both shows give exact same vibe

both shows depict similar era and most of the cast is similar too also both are too good if you enjoy this genre

both tell the story of king Jeong Jo. TFE is action packed film focused on assassination attempts of King jj where Yi san is tell the life history of king jj including famous assassination attemps on his life.both are excellent and worth watching.
TFE has superb cinematography in a historical setting.

both dramas deals with prosecution,attorney, law etc. and how those with power can manipulate the law...but justice prevails

both has rich guys,, previously rich now poor girls,,,, contract is involved in both ...both female leads works as a maid in the house of male leads ... the triangles are also there. but down with love is a way better than full house

both shows based on political strategies....nirvana in fire is visually more appealing and the story line is complementing the the overall gist of the show, indeed a epic show.....whereas three kingdom is pretty good too but with the quite long progression of the story,,

both representing the same era...... three kingdom is detailed and started from the beginning of all the strife... however in the movie there is focus on the battle of red cliff.
red cliff is one of the best historical asian movies...three kingdoms is also pretty good.
