When I first saw this on Dramafever, I didn't want to watch. I'm not a fan of historical drama. However, I ran out of shows to watch so I gave it a try. I was hooked from the beginning. Ariel is so pretty. William is such a handsome guy. I love George and would have preferred him to be the lead, but that's just my personal feelings. I love the chemistry between the 2 leads. You can feel/see the love William has for Ariel. There were some parts that I couldn't stand, but it makes a good drama. Initially I couldn't stand Zheng Er And I wanted her to die a thousand times. But she portrays such an awesome evil witch. She's so crazy, but you just have to love to hate her. I rewatched this twice already. I don't like the ending. It makes me feel depressed.
