Tho the Aunt is irritating as of course the script calls for, the actress who played this role did an awesome job. Sadly, she left by episode 4 and not sure if will reappear again in any future episode. Again, as I have said in previous episode review, the angst between mother & daughter pretty much the center of the story here. Female lead’s life decisions will be reliant on her emotions towards her mother. Story clearly shows they are affected by each other’s decisions but the story is not giving them a break and I doubt it will for a while. I have a feeling how female lead turns out will be in bulk due to how she will react towards her mother.

So in this episode, viewers get to learn a bit more about the FL. I’m getting the impression that the Director want to portray her as a closeted strong woman with emotions that can be her downfall if she isn’t smart. Her angst is mostly about her mother. But both of them have such a strong character I have a feeling that they’ll be at each other’s throat til the very last episode. Regret is always at the end.

I didn’t grasp the story right away which is natural since it is only first episode. It is different from typical C Drama start wherein you’ll get at least an inkling of an idea as to the lead character. Don’t expect that here. It’ll be by 3rd episode before you get an idea of the kind of character the female lead will play. As to the male lead, you get very basic military that will trick you that he will meet the female lead yet it’s half baked. They met in first episode but not face to face.

These actors are just amazing The Director did a great job with how the story played. He maximized the emotions the viewers will feel. I don’t want this to end but alas after this only one episode left. Everyone can relate to the way Woohyun reacted to Ji Woo after his change of heart. Woo hyun’s heart didn’t change but he has to be strong believing he lost already. He has to start coming to terms. Now Ji Woo has to pursue him. Woo Hyun went after him for 8 episodes so I guess episode 9 and 10 will be his turn to pursue Woohyun

From start of the season I slowly started scolding Ji Woo after every episode until episode 7 and then this episode clarified everything. Bravo Director-nim!!! My heart also broke for the ex-gf but I admire her for being strong and setting aside her competitiveness for Ji Woo. I love how this story evolved but sad that it’ll be ending soon. season 3 please?

Sebyul’s struggling for the consequences of his honesty. A lost family member may have come to help Sebyul out of a predicament. Would Childe finally acknowledge his loving wife now that he is separated from Sebyul? Geum Seong came to Sebyul’s aid and got hurt again defending him. Did he come around and would Sebyul finally clarify how he really feels towards Geum Seong?

This episode makes viewers feel the sadness of the revelation. Thou he confessed that he loves him male or female, the action afterwards is a bit confusing. I may have to chuck this to loss in translation. This drama is getting better and better and I don’t want it to end. Amazing work by all actors involved.

By this episode I’m over the princess throwing herself with no shame to the Commander. Her behavior causing others trouble. I’m wondering why the commander still not infuriated with herIf all episodes will be like this it’ll get boring for me. Let’s see how it goes. I’m trying my best not to fast forward. Mysterious Lord Shen appears.

First episode right away showcased Princess Chang Le’s attitude. Stepmother seems to be the villain in this story. Quite irritating at first look. There’s a hint that there’s a reason behind her fierce attitude. Met the male lead Shen Yan here. She likes him right away.

It’s starting to feel like he really do not want him anymore. Seems like the only thing consistent with Ji Woo. But why did he kiss him? Viewers are getting mixed signal. With his consistency in not liking him adding his statement he was never happy with him, it’s heartbreaking. Then the ex gf now also trying to win him back and J Woo seems to treat her way better. I’m fearing the worst finale but still hoping it doesn’t go that way.

Best skip the first episode. What can viewers really see with a 5 minute video wherein almost a minute for credits alone? It’s quite irritating to think it’s more work to do a 5 minute episode than a 30 minute to an hour per episode. Considering. There’s 30 episodes, why 30 minute per episode wasn’t done.

There’s two episodes left after this and I am already sad that the end is coming. It has still some hanging question as to why Salbyul left his master. I love that the series clearly included other support characters play a vital role in the story. I’m torn between dreading the last 2 episodes and anticipation. For a short series, this was wonderfully written and directed.

This episode is genuinely good. These actors are good in what they do. That little girl has good acting skills: she’ll get far. I’m still not able to even assume as to why he left him just like that. He returned to his hometown and seeing his ex gf-this story is getting more and more entangled.

Alright, this series season 2 got me chained now wanting to reach out inside the screen to grab him and ask WHY?!? That’s how good these actors are and the story. What can I say, the Director is a genius to know how to keep us viewers glued in for more.
