As long as you're interested in watching the behind the scences of the drama and care enough to hear what the ones that's been working on it overall have to say about the drama etc - then, you should definitly watch it! Personally I absolutlely love it when there is a special or "extra" content, and there even is a special clip of the directors ending cut, so a few more pieces were put together, but not entirely, you'll have to see for yourself. Also the preview of "Doctor Stranger" was quick and really fun! Are you too eager to see Lee Jong Suk again? Then you're in luck, there's a little "interview" for him as well as the other main leads, and we get to know their characters a bit more.
