Lovely, Life lesson, Great OST, no complicated plot twist
Do i read the novel? Yes I'am. Did I feel satisfied with the series adaptation? Yes. It thought you lesson of life, be yourself and you will be happy. Communicate to avoid misunderstand. I fell in love with the series when i stumbled accidentally on the official trailer. It captivated me. The mood, tone and cinematography caught me. I love when every episode ended, it give you feeling of cannot wait for next week/episode.
Actor/Acting: 10/10, they acted so naturall like they ate the script. How they delivered make you believe that its really them. Zee!! He such wonderful actor, his expressive eyes, micro expresion. Crying scene such a great cryer i would say. NuNew, for newbie and 1 series. He was so great, better than few actors who already acted in so many series but still acting stiff.
OST: 10/10. All songs for the series are GREAT!!! Marvelous. Each song tell what are the emotions/ context its all about.
Cinematography: 10/10. It was perfectly shot, kdrama style. I not sure how much their spent for each location, but it perfect. Lughthing, tone, mood all suitable for each concept.
I'm read a lot of comments said its toxic? What kind of toxic, age gap? Because the partner control the other? If you see more context, their problem is communication issue, this is what the series try to deliver, communicate and say what each other want to say. Which the series show it the end couples are communicate and finally the misunderstanding was solved, and they equal partner. Another thing I like bout the series was when their called out some inappropriate issue that really happened in real life, like teasing about your friend sex life, tease about girl on period (which some of us found it sensitive), about 1 scene that they cut it out. Personally i think, no need to delete the scene, it actually happen ( accident in sports mostlikely football/soccer) but again different culture different point of view. They also not so subtle calling out TH gov for the marriage equality. Even the actors keep mention a lot of times for this right.
And overall, this series if light series, fluff, lovely friendship, and the conflict in cursed EP or EP11 not because of 3rd party but because of main character communication issue.
Love youself, make yourself happy then only you can make other people happy. Support marriagr equality!! Happy watch. I not sure how many times I rewatch all the episode
