Story:
I really did like the story. It was similar to a lot of mystery dramas in that the lead detective always has something odd and mysterious about him, and he and his squad go off and solve all these cases. All the cases are gripping from start to finish, and let me just tell you now, you will never be able to guess the real conclusion of a case until its over, lol. Especially in earlier episodes, they are astonishingly elaborate, but still, quite fun to follow the development of. Like I mentioned, the lead detective has got his own mysterious history, and the reason why I rated the story not quite as high is because I felt that the ending of his story could have been told better, but who knows, there may be a second season to look forward to.
Cast:
They were all fab. I liked all the detectives in the special investigations quad, especially Detective Oh (Park Hee Soon). He's just such an entertaining character and his phone ringtone is my LIFE (you will hear it a lot, lol). There were other sort of main characters too, but they weren't present as often. I felt that the victims and criminals used in the different cases were also very good at portraying their roles. There are definitely a few sad moments in this drama, prepare yourself.
Music:
YES!!! For once I actually thoroughly enjoyed the music in a drama lol. It was memorable and really suited the scenes it was used in. Like really, every time certain songs came on they really added to the atmosphere. 11/10 tbh.
Overall:
Fab drama, would definitely recommend. The ending might not be the best, but I suppose that's up to your opinion of it as well. SIGGHHH, wish it had more episodes lol.

Story:
I liked the story because it was different. Yes, there was romance, but it was also about the female lead realising her career goals and working to accomplish them. In fact, I was a bit surprised by how late the romance plot actually began. Also, I liked how it was set at a sports university. The problem I have with YA series set at some sort of school is that they're all quite similar. The fact that the story took place at a sports uni and we got to see the dynamics between different students within that setting made it interesting for me.
Cast:
I loved them! I didn't know any of them, but now I'm a fan of both Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk! I hope to watch more of their work. I thought Lee Sung's acting was amazing. She really played her character well, and her facial expressions are both humorous and adorable. Nam Joo Hyuk is just as adorable haha, and he definitely gave me the warm fuzzies with his coy grins. Although these two were my favourites, I really liked Lee Joo Young as well. Mostly because I could relate to her character more, she was the voice of reason in their crew lol.
Music:
I watched this a while ago, so I don't particularly remember any of the songs. That's why I gave it a 7. Unlike other dramas like Goblin, whose OST I don't think I could ever forget, I think this OST didn't have any particular stand out songs. Then again, I may just have a terrible memory.
Overall:
Good characters! Good story! Very nice, heart-warming drama to watch! ^^

Story:
11/10 tbh. Actually, 99/10. This story was very well-written. What I loved most about it was how it unfolded. Everything wasn't revealed at the start, each episode gave you new clues into what the "real" story was and how the minor plots that you'd been exposed to thus far related to it. Also, it keeps you guessing. You never quite know what something is going to lead to, and I don't mean in the sense of not knowing who the criminal in a case is, but more so in the sense that you don't know how a certain case ties in with another. It's one of those series that you honestly can't draw out; you have no choice but to finish it in a few days (heck, I finished it in two) because you have to know what happens next. Also, I like how the writer tied in the fantasy aspect. I'm not a fan of the fantasy genre, but it was incorporated quite well into the story I think. There are definitely questions I still have that bother me about how it all worked, but I think it really added to the overall impact of the story. Also, this story is an emotional clusterf*ck. I have never felt so much pain in my heart lol. Less to do with characters dying and more to do with what I mentioned earlier, having to face the fact that life can be so unfair.
Cast:
I actually gave the cast a high score not because I loved the protagonists, but because I'd really like to commend the antagonists for playing their roles well. There are.... so many people in this drama that you will despise, lol. Be prepared. But I think the fact that their acting is so convincing that it makes you want to cry angry tears at the fact that such a character exists... I mean, that's good acting. So, yeah, the antagonists were WAY too good at their roles haha. But I didn't hate the protagonists, I thought they were okay. It's just that I feel like even if they were replaced by other actors and actresses, I'm not sure if there would be much change, if that makes sense? THAT being said, the one character I adored was Lee Jae Han, played by Jo Jin Woong. That man's performance was... perfect. The role was made for him. There are so many scenes that I still remember crystal clear because the acting was just so on point. Like, he embodied his character and gave a damn good performance. There is a reason he is on my favourite actors list now, because he was just that great.
Music:
I thought the music wasn't bad. They picked the right tracks for the appropriate moments, i.e., suspenseful music during scenes of suspense. I don't remember anything particularly outstanding, but it wasn't a bad job.
Overall:
I actually would rewatch this, but with someone else. I would watch it 5 more times if I could watch it with someone else. It's honestly such a great drama. It captivates you from the first episode, and it really will make you reflect on what present society is like. Please do watch this if you're putting it off, because you will 100% not regret it.

Story:
The story is different from anything I'd ever watched. Usually, I'm not a fan of films or dramas set in a historical-like time period, because I tend to find them boring (and yet despite this I have like 3+ dramas of this kind on my 'To Watch' list lol), but the twist in this film made it so much more interesting. A girl agreeing to go work for an heiress under the pretence of helping her, but only to accomplish a plan set by a swindler to take the heiress' money. I mean, that alone got me hooked, but the layers in the story that will be revealed are fantastic.
Cast:
Honestly, a huge kudos to all the actors in this film because they were brilliant at all of their roles. Ha Jeong Woo was a convincing swindler, and honestly the comedic element at times for me. Kim Tae Ri played out her mental battle of acting the part of an honest handmaid and plotting to betray the heiress really well. Jo Jin Woong creeped the fuck out of me. Kim Min Hee made me question my sexuality. I mean, they were all fabulous.
Music:
If you've read my other reviews you might sense a pattern here.... I do not remember the music well lol. Actually, I watched this recently so I do remember bits, but nothing particular. I remember not hating it, so a 7 it is lol.
Overall:
Doesn't start off slow. You will genuinely want to skip parts because of the creep factor (I mean you won't, but the fact that you MIGHT means it's just that great). Kim Min Hee. A def must watch.

Story:
The story, in comparison to other zombie-themed films and series, isn't too unique. An outbreak occurs, pandemonium arises, shit gets real. That being said, that didn't make it boring or predictable, at least in my opinion. They added a few interesting elements to the characteristics of the zombies, which I liked. Also, they didn't try to sugarcoat what was happening, if that makes sense. A zombie apocalypse happens, that means almost nothing should go the characters' way, and the movie really sticks to that.
Cast:
8 points just for Gong Yoo, lol. Idk I love that man. The other cast members were also cool. I liked how the main characters, and even some side-characters, had their own story. It meant that you weren't just rooting for one person, but a group of people, to survive. Major props to the little girl, she is quite the actress considering some of the scenes she had.
Music:
I have such a bad memory when it comes to music lol. That's the only reason why I give it low scores. I don't remember any particular track, although I do remember ominous music, which is quite obvious. Anyway, it wasn't bad, but not good enough for me to recall anything much.
Overall:
Go watch asap. If you liked World War Z, you'll like this.

Story:
The story is honestly what made me finish this drama in two days. At face value, it seems like the typical shoujo anime, but there are a lot of complexities to it. I think what really fascinates me is how much is hidden about the characters, and as the story unfolds, we learn more about their traits. Moreover, there's a sense of development and growth that takes place. At the same time, there are several minor storylines that take place that are honestly just as interesting as the main plot, so it's just very entertaining to watch it all play out. I wish I could say more, but honestly I really don't want to spoil it lol.
Cast:
Love them. Even the ones I hate, I love. The cast is the highlight of this drama, for me. Each and every one of them plays their role perfectly. But at the same time, they aren't one-dimensional. The protagonist isn't always the goody-goody who you can't help but adore, sometimes you want to punch her in the face (or at least I did hehe). The antagonists (and oh my there are many) are people you eventually begin to understand (probably not like, but at least understand their point of view). My point is, there are so many emotions these characters make you feel, I felt so drained after finishing the drama. Like I'd lived multiple lives in a day. PLUS, major bonus points for Seo Kang Joon. I mean, he's gorgeous, and his character was impossible not to fall in love with.
Music:
I mean, do people really remember drama OSTs? The only track I can remember is that short, cute one they play at the start of every episode. That's not even a song though haha. Idk, don't remember any particular song standing out throughout.
Overall:
I rated the re-watch value low because I think it's the kind of drama that's more enjoyable when you don't know what's going to happen next. I would def recommend watching it asap. It'll make you cry a lot. Or at least, I did. I suppose it depends on how you feel about the characters. But most importantly, it's definitely not boring. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, oh yes, very often. But boring? Nope, have fun.

Story:
I decided to watch this after watching season 1 of The Genius. I read in the comments that it was based on this drama, or something along those lines, so figured I'd enjoy the drama as well. I think the story is definitely the greatest aspect. It's interesting and right up my alley; it's a shame that the other elements of the drama prevented me from enjoying it.
Cast:
I don't know if this is the case with all Japanese dramas, but I found the acting weird. Like, I couldn't tell if the point was humour or not, which made it awkward to watch. I didn't know whether to laugh or feel the intensity of the scene. Basically, too awkward for me. The only character I kind of liked was Akiyama (I mean tbf, he was cool), but just not enough to keep watching this show.
Music:
I don't remember any particular tracks.
Overall:
It was just too awkward for to me continue. In all honesty, I hear that once they start playing the games, it's a lot more interesting, so I do feel compelled to continue it. However, not anytime soon, so it shall remain on my 'Dropped' list :(
