Below are just some random thoughts I have.
I like romance and reading mangas and watching dramas. The mangas I read can be romance or non-romance and light or dark as long as the plot is interesting to me. They usually are seinen mangas as those always have plots that interest me. and I usually hope they have slight romance in them. However, when it comes to dramas, I'm very picky. I always and mostly watch Jdramas as they are shorter, less dragged out, less cliche than dramas produced by other countries. I look for lightly toned jdramas with slight romance. If I don't find any, I look for romcoms that have unique or interesting plots and little unpredictability. I like older m/f or same age adult pairings and romcoms set on a mature environment like workplaces or offices. I don't like high school non/romcoms because the drama and problems that it will tackle are predictable, always the same issues.
I've been thinking that actors and actresses look bad on their posters of their shows. It's really discouraging, they look better in film.
I think Amami Yuki is the most beautiful Japanese actress.
Fukada Kyoko is the cutest Japanese actress. The meek and "cute" voice she uses in some dramas are annoying though but I like her.
Mamiya Shotaro , I really like his face and I think he's good at acting. He's versatile and acted in various types of roles. I was surprised to learn he's 29, I thought he was older. I've seen other Japanese actors similar to his age look like they're high school students.
I've started to like crime Jdramas, but I usually prefer for the main lead to be female.
