In the Five Kingdoms led by the Imperial City of Wuji, a slave named Meng Fuyao mysteriously joins and wins in a Martial Arts Contest, reserved only for Members of the Xuanyuan Sect, through the Po Jiu Xiao, a powerful fighting technique Fuyao learned at the age of sixteen. The series unravels with Meng Fuyao then embarking on an adventure and action-packed run of each episode, warped in scenic picturesque and orient gargantuan settings amidst a backdrop of a love triangle, oppressive warlord culture and cat and mouse chase with the Crown Prince Wuji in a series of quests for the Five Talismans to save the Five Kingdoms.
