Talk about self destruct

I'm a big fan of historical dramas.
The premise, the story, the pace, every thing was great although there were some inconsistencies.
(For example sometimes being announced, sometimes not, sometimes they wait for permission after being announced, sometimes not etc)

I loved the twists, the progression of the characters.

All is great.

But that last episode.

I'm not sure if they wanted to make sure there wasn't a season 2, or if they wanted to be original; but the ending was so bad.

It managed to be unnecessary sad while still being corny.

The finale is pretty much the most important episode of a show, this is where you say farewell to the characters, that's when you pick up your phone to write a review.

This end was lame, and even managed to anger me in some way.

Frustrating a d removed all rewatch value.

Holy Hell, Nevertheless,

I sincerely feel that this show would be better without the 2 main characters.

They're both frustrating because their issues are so simple yet they just play dumb not to try and solve them.

The issues of all the supporting characters are similar or more complicated, but they're not fools.

The show is incredibly slow, which would be fine if it was interesting.

I feel I watched the last 4 episodes only to say that I finished it and because it was just 10.

The actors though are fine, the writing and scenario is at fault.
Nevertheless,
There's too many k-drama out there to waste your time on this.
