tempting cast, boring scenario

First of all, I want to let you know that I really like Yang Yang and Dilraba.

I also notice the ratings on this drama received many 10's…Most watchers think it is cute, loving and soooooo very romantic.

But, I personally find this drama dragged on and on. There are more kissing than necessary, it does not add to the plot of the drama. Largely, it emphasized on the love relations between the main casts and that is exactly what this whole “thrill” is based on and nothing else. I can't even comprehend why this aerospace engineering genius is teaching gaming? Stretching the screenplay??

I do not find the story itself interesting nor exciting….to put it another way, there is not much to this tale accept lots of smooching and hugging.

It is a drama for the wishful, sentimental romantics.

OK story, bad scripts.

I am surprised that I am the first to write a review for this drama.

This could have been a good drama, the story has lots of potentials......But, not so....

This drama has the stupidest dialogues. The characters in this drama has a way of always insulting themselves.

Xiao Bei Chen
If you cannot live without Lin no matter what she does, then why get mad? ??? No matter what, you are willing to take her back........Don't you have any back bones? Dump her!!!!

Lin Hang Jing- The worst of all...she is a joke
"Xiao, why don’t you believe and trust me???" How many times had she repeated this line? Then turned around, she always choose to believe in other's gossips and never have any faith in Xiao.

She is always leaving him for some reason or another….her marriage with Xiao is like a revolving door.

She knows Mu is one of the major problems. Yet, she is always in the middle of his involvements…..Then, repeated like a broken record” Xiao, let me explain” and feels"she" is being unjustly accused…..Laughable.

She blame others when she herself is the cause of all the issues. She is always on the other side and not by her husband Xiao's.

How many times does Lin have to tell you she don’t have feeling for you? Pathetic dreamer.

“Why do you not let your wife meet with me?” Is this a buffoon talking?

This drama is going no where. From episode 1 to 31, it is the same, you can just watch first and jump to last, you probably will not miss a thing..........

a drama of indirect propaganda

This would have been a decent drama if not for all the un-necessary propagandas.

This is the second time I made comments of this sort on typed dramas, there are probably much more of the same patterns.....it is related to propagandas instead of a good script, a good story.

Why can't I just watch a show without all the unnecessary promotions on "how great china is"??????

As usual, most of the evil doers or the bad guys are foreigners..... China is "the greatest nation on earth".........but outsiders do not recognize and give us credits for being the smartest, most ethical, most moral, most righteous, most loyal,f etc. etc. etc...........Do you know???? Compliments should be given by others. Self flattery is like kissing your own ass.

Be dignified and noble, others will see and know you're worth!!!!!! One do not need to constantly broadcasting their accomplishments!!!!!

I said it once and I will say it again. I AM A HUMBLE CHINESE AND I AM PROUD TO BE ONE.

I hate to use this show as an example........but it is long in coming...

This could have been a good drama, I like the stars and was looking forward to it………..…but, the scrip writers did a horrible job…..the whole story is about how to screw one another….and….of course, it is always someone else’s fault. …….Now, Even the mothers are villains...they are atrocious, ruthless and conniving. They interfere ruthlessly and manipulate the lives of their children …bad mamas. I think this is where I lost my taste for this drama.

what is this story about? A textbook on how to be obnoxious in public and methods you can use to screw others?

It had been a while many dramas had been using the same blueprints….Slapping, beating is the immediate first reactions……either ruin that person's reputation by spreading the hateful rumors , or threaten harms to their loved ones ….......if all else failed, killing them is a good final solution……….

Is this the only approach writers know how to scripted the dramas these days? Is this how they set examples for us to behave in public? Ruthless, violent, brutal ways to bend and control others to get what you want.?..... Is the formula for success is to eliminate all those standing within your path?….........It is very sad and disappointing.

I will continue watching this drama because I like the actor and actress, not because it is a good drama…..I do not recommend nor do I advise not to watch. It is of personal taste and we all have our preferences………some might think it is wonderful for their own reasons….but, it is not my cup of tea.

Liu Sue Yi should have better scripts and casts

Liu Sue Yi was the only reason why I watched this drama in the first place……

This drama’s script and dialogues are poor........ why they put this obnoxious kid Na Na in there is beyond me…..he is a big mouth, rude, uncontrollable, extremely unpleasant brat that greatly in need of a good spanking. His portrayal is not cute at all and kind of ruined the show for me. I can barely stand watching him.....he is a real turnoff.

I like Liu and seen him in many other performances. He is a decent actor…..but everyone else in this show is terrible.......... this drama is not a good choice for him………..I am on episode 8 now, and don’t know if I want to continue ......It is too bad,

better drama than expected

The drama has a tendency of stretching the story with unnecessary screens.

What bothered me is the one playing the daughter Gan Xiao Yuan. I cannot stand her. The child, a loud mouth, disobedient, ill-mannered, disrespectful teen who is totally unmanageable. As an actress, she is actually pretty good....... It is extremely harmful for young ones watching and think it is OK to behave and act the way she does. I would have slap her across the face long ago.......having her in the drama kind of ruined it for me.....

The acting mother, Yang Xiao Lei.......all she does is scream and criticize others...she is suppose to be a law officer?????

All in all, it is a pretty good drama but it could be better....I'll give it an 7.5*

one of the worst drama

This has to be the worst story telling and acting I've seen in a long time... you wonder the stupidity of the main actress....everyone told her to keep her identity a secret to avoid the consequences. Yet, knowing, she just can't wait to tell everyone herself, then ask others to keep her secret????? Very intelligent!!!!!!!

The the dialogues repeated the same words over and over....."it is my fault and I have to save them"...... Liu Li herself is the one creating and causing all the problems. She is no heroine, she is an idiot.

The one playing is child was very cute and others were not bad...but everything else is terrible.....cannot insult myself anymore by watching further.

refreshing historical drama

I liked Zhang Ruo Yun His acting is natural and carefree. There are many likable qualities about this actor. I loved Joy of Life and Wang Juan's writing styles....this should be a good drama.

In the beginning, I was confused about the plot. As the story unfolds, it became more and more interesting.

The costumes are simple, yet elegant. It does not lessen the quality of the drama.....I am looking forward to all the upcoming episodes.

This is just an added.....I saw his wedding photos with Tang Yixin. They looked truly well matched and very happy.

drama or propaganda

Lou Jin is one of my favorite actor. I also liked the rest of the casts.

The story started out good but it is slowly turning into a new version or variations of veiled propaganda promotios like many other dramas from China…..It has a tendencies of going out of their way to elevate their ethical righteousness and boosting their morals, merits and virtues....... Is it necessary?????

Dramas should be for entertainment. It should not be for political advertisements. It's a real damper.

I hope there will be more shows in the future strictly for the pleasure of enjoyment.

poor casting

I am about 16 episodes into the drama.....it story is either good nor bad....the actings is also just so so......everything about the show is only mediocre.

Immediately into the show. I noticed the height differences between FL and ML.....He is really tall and she is cute but super short and tiny..She barely reached the ML's chest. That is not the only problem, she is only about 1/3 his size..........Next to Nan Hua and Jiang Xiao Chran (FL's best friend, a better match for the ML) Jin Zia is looks like a 6 year old child with adults.

Whoever choose the castings, did an extremely poor and dreadful job. They are sooooo ill-matched, uneven..... it's ridiculously comical to put them side by side.......

surprised at the high ratings

Other reviewers find this to be a good drama but unfortunately, I totally disagreed. May be is because I expected more from these well-known actors.

What can I say about the 3 episodes I've watched so far?.....I am searching for the the right words to describe, but this is all I can came up with...... "This is a really stupid drama"....... The story, if there is one!!! is stupid. The acting is really stupid. Even the dialogues are stupid....

If this is a comedy, it is not funny. If this is a drama, it lacks performances. If this is mystery, the excitements are missing. If this is a romance, I have not even got to that part yet.......So far, It is nothing but childish mischiefs and absurdity.

It is painful for me to watch any further, but that is only my opinions.
