I adore Xu Kai Cheng in the first Well Intended and believe he is a very good actor and did well but not as well as in the First Season. The same goes for Simona Wang. The storyline was different than the first season. Ian Yi did well as all the other actors did. The comedy in this drama I feel wasn't there. I just wasn't moved like I was in the first one. My focus only stayed on the main leads. The visuals and the romantic chemistry between the two main were definitely there. I don't understand why the director wanted to make a Season 2. Everyone tried their best. I guess I was just stuck on the First Season.

There was a word in the last episode used by the young boy who was the son of the two main lead characters. that I almost threw a shoe at my TV. That word is very discriminative and is considered a racial epithet in the United States and other countries. So I looked up the word to see how South Koreans define this word. What got to me, is that back in the '60s that word was defined the same way in our dictionary. As the years moved forward Racism started and now the word has been updated in our dictionary with laws passing to mean it is derogatory and discriminative toward Melanin people. Even though I don't live in South Korea, I'm not going to lie but it hurt. I almost was going to rate it a low number but it wouldn't be fair to the actors and actresses who did their part in this drama.
