una delle miniserie più belle viste finora

ho visto per caso Richard Li in una delle sue precedenti miniserie e ogni volta mi sorprende per le sue capacità recitative.
Sempre più bravo, peccato vederlo solo in short drama, meriterebbe una serie tv tutta sua.
Questa miniserie è fatta veramente bene, adoro i loro costumi e la storia è interessante. per ora nessun colpo di scena ma non vedo l'ora di guardare gli ultimi 6 episodi per sapere come lo fanno finire. spero che almeno questa volta il personaggio di RL abbia un lieto fine. Kudos a sceneggiatori, costumisti, attori.. tutti bravissimi e soprattutto è girato con la stessa qualità dei telefilm lunghi. bravi, bravissimi!!

ho iniziato questo telefilm perchè il trailer sembrava promettente e avevo già visto alcuni drama con Miles Wei, la storia mi ha presa fin dal primo episodio, scorre bene e ti invoglia a vedere la puntata successiva.
c'è più di un cattivo e le motivazioni sono abbastanza plausibili, niente di nuovo come trama ma è comunque piacevole da vedere e ben recitata.
solo un paio di episodi intorno al 18 mi ha annoiata, ma solo in alcuni tratti.
penso che avrebbero potuto usare meglio un personaggio secondario femminile.. ma non vedo cmq l'ora di vedere come risolvono tutti i nodi della trama.

aggiornamento: mi è piaciuto come hanno concluso la serie, i colpi di scena me li aspettavo ma sono graditissimi.

c'è possibilità di una seconda stagione? spero di sì!!

anche se è una serie con episodi brevi, i costumi, la scenografia, gli effetti speciali.... sono tutti di buon livello. trovo lievemente fastidioso lo slow-motion in alcune scene.
La storia è carina e intrigante, buona la recitazione. gli attori protagonisti hanno una buona chimica.
le regole per il leader del clan LinChuans e del suo albero mistico potevano essere più dettagliati.
alcune scene mi hanno veramente commossa e la recitazione degli attori nei momenti tragici era ottima.
Non sono d'accordo sul finale, posso capire il sacrificio di sé stessi per il bene del clan e per far rivivere l'albero..
così come non sono d'accordo sul suicidio del partner superstite... ok, può essere romantico ma anche stupido
e.. avrei preferito che l'albero salvasse Feng Yuan e/o resuscitasse entrambi.
Spero facciano una seconda stagione in cui fanno succedere qualcosa di simile

aspettavo da tempo un telefilm avvincente, che mi facesse emozionare e appassionare al mondo raccontato in esso.
per fortuna questo è uno di quelli. i personaggi sono ben delineati, tutti gli attori recitano molto bene. la storia è interessante.
effetti digitali spettacolari e ambientazione ben progettata.
Il lato romantico non manca, mi fa un po' ridere perchè si capisce appena li vedi comparire il "chi si innamorerà di chi"
ma resta comunque piacevole.
Cattivi super cazzuti, tante storie si intrecciano..

Ho appena visto l'episodio 9 e.. sono veramente curiosa di scoprire cosa ci riservano i prossimi episodi!!

hope it gets better

I admit that i'm here bc of 2nd ML but after watching the trailer i had big expectations about this show.. 1st episode was nice, all actors are great at their job but i don't like how ML behave, the triangle plot is old and not so good.
hope FL end up with 2nd ML and ML end up with his real first love, i think they will look cute together.
and above all hope for an unexpected big plot twist too raise my first impression about this tv show.
i find Lee Shin funny and cute while trying to pursue FL and also find him very kind towards his brother, he seems too feel guilty about snatching her from him and... i don't believe he's the bad guy here, at least i hope so.
things often are different from what they seems to be.
ok, enough with my inside teen, she's too loud btw. i think this drama put the spotlight over very important issues
ptsd, depression, coping, how to seek for help, how a parent-children relationship can turn into a toxic one.. leaded by the hunger of money/success/recognition for smth (athletic life for example) they failed to do in their youth.
tho, i hope i'm putting this down in understandable english and it's just a first impression after 8 episodes

many cliché including plot twists.. but still emotional

the trailer was truly promising, first episode was just... wow!! it was funny, emotional, intriguing.. main lead actors are superb.
every episode made me emotional and to await for a week for the next 2 episodes was a pain in the ***
OST is superb, some songs are stuck in my head (even tho i don't understand korean bc i'm italian) but still mumbling and singing them non stop..
Plot twists were predictable and the villain.. well.. that wasn't surprising

This drama let me down during the final trial.. i mean, i wished to see more of that and how they discovered things to bring the villain down. i feel like the speeded up the thing and that let me down a bit.

i wished for more lovey dovey scenes during the last 2 episodes and maybe they could manage some things better.

Even tho i think i will rewatch the whole thing more than once bc it made my heart ache, my eyes wet..
the chemistry between the two Kim was incredible and i love them. i will truly miss this show.. and the potential it had
hope the 2 extra episodes will be great (cast interviews and reactions to the show if i'm not wrong)
