Horror Series

Hands down one of my favorite in the horror survival genre. An interesting take on the 'zombie' genre with well developed characters and likeable leads. Some gore, but not over the top. Highly recommend. 

All out Jhorror series, it takes a hard left midway, uncensored. Trigger warning for SA, and bullying. 

Slow burn, sanity slip with some solid violence. Lee Dong Wook nailed it. Also ship the hell out of the leads, this was more BL then a lot of the BL I watch. Toxic dependency for the win. 

Sci-fi horror, with an interesting creature design, and absolutely badsass FL. 

This was a ton of fun, uncensored kills, intresting premise in narration. I know some people are salty about the end but if you like Black Mirror series this will be right up your alley. 

Zombie? Sageuk?  Sign me up. Awesome series, intriguing premise around the outbreak. Moves well, great action, and physical effects. Stunning sweeping shots as well. 

Solid follow up to season one, I don't think it hit as hard as the first season, but it is intresting to see the follow up and direction of the rest of the plot. 

A nice blend of supernatural, and psychological horror.  Loved the leads together, keeps you guessing until the end. 

I have a lot of love for this season , such a soft spot for the claymation of it. 

Not as good as season 1 sadly, if you're into survival horror, and post-apocalypse, and butts then this is for you for sure. 

Zombie outbreak, with the band of survivors trope. Loved the cast, even if the plot wasn't anything  original,  the actors sold it. Yoo In Soo absolutely ate in this. He's sort of a soft character now, but he kills it (literally)

Korean take leans more into the horror, the choice to move it from the hand was a good a one I think. Lot of action, great acting, sold it as a series but don't expect an overly faithful adaptation. 

Wrong Turn but make it Japanese. Can't wait for second season. 

DMZ military horror? With adorable German Shepards? Yup. 

Sci-fi horror, it kind of reminded me of Event Horizon, but not as unhinged.  Interesting concept, but dragged in a few places, and a somewhat predictable ending. 

I like the supernatural elements, and  the visuals are on point. Part 1 was interesting, and I was interested to see how it played out. 

I do wish they had stuck the landing but they didn't it sort of moved more into the fantasy genre in the second half, it's horror but mild horror.  Only finished as a completist. 

This whole series is for sure uncanny, but seaosn 2 really leans into the horror. I recommend all of it, really feels more mangish. 

This was an interesting one, supernatural, had a 90's jhorror slow burn feel to it. Leads where interesting, I would for sure watch a second season. Nothing overly graphic. 

This has horror elements to it, but I would say this leans more into the thriller/mystery genre. VERY light on the BL (blink and you miss it) but overall a worthwhile watch if you go in knowing. 

Leans into sci-fi horror, it went with the CGI effects though (wish it had been practical).
