I'll come back to it.

1. Be Your Knight
Chinese Drama - 2024, 29 episodes
For now it sits at one star, I'll come back to it and see if I can give it a go. Only five minutes into the first episode and the dubbing did me in. The emotions in the first scene, that should have been palpable, were delivered with the flat sameness that can only be found in a voice over booth with cheap stand ins or an inexperienced cast doing their own. Either way, ugh. The first scenes also felt like I was watching a stage play at a local small town theater with new actors cutting their baby teeth.

2. Nonsense
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Everything about this is awesome...EXCEPT the overexaggerated idiots. Bloody hell, why can the detective from headquarters not talk, must he always scream? How does someone like that keep their job or gain even an ounce of respect from co workers???? The young actor, the producer...sigh. Tell me again why the old guy went to another city and had to share a house with the guy that took his place in the tv series???
This could have been brilliantly fun and dramatic at the same time, it has all the bones for it...why TF do you need to throw in tropes, stupid cliches and all the other crap that absolutely does NOT need to be there.
I will try to come back to this because I thoroughly enjoy watching the older seasoned actors ply their trade...respect.
