This series did not have a dull moment. Brilliant casting for both Nozue and Togawa, I was moved by their performance to the point I enjoyed this live-action compared to its manga.

Not going to lie, I had watched this film for both my former crushes (the main leads). The story has potential and the visuals were stunning. However, the conclusion was a bit dull, I wish there was more depth and explanation behind the parasites.

I was blown away by the fight choreography. Although every character had this kick-ass attitude, it wasn't enough for me to connect or care much for any characters. Overall, it's a film made to not be taken seriously.

Not much expectation going into this lengthy series. 

The series had cool characters, Nam-ra, Soo Hyuk and Cheong san. The other characters had some scenes to shine however, it was surprising to see very little development with a series-long duration. I was surprised everyone was still able to run without water or food for days.

Overall, it was an interesting binge with a message on society and how it could affect people in a domino effect. From a rational pov we find ourselves annoyed at the character's decision, however, we would probably find ourselves in a similar situation and react with flight or fight.

Clear visuals and potential in world-building, however 57 minutes in,  the story was anti-climactic.

It would have been nice to see more scenes and obstacles for Kento's character. A bit of a missed opportunity on Pete bot having some action scenes.

I did appreciate the film for having a mystery element to it. For the romance element, I had mixed responses partly because of the age. I believe it would have been interesting if Rin and Riko's role was switched with a bit more backstory to their characters. Kiyohara would have nailed the role of antagonist or antihero based on her role in Switched (also on Netflix).

More exciting action sequence to the first film. The first 50 minutes was a bit of a drag, but it somehow fell into place.  I also won't lie when I say I watched it for Hirata Yurina-san.

It was nice revisiting these characters with a sequel. I was confused whether Makoto is still alive or if it was done as a flashback scene. However, if he was alive, there was a missed opportunity for interaction between Kida and Makoto.

Michiru grew on me gradually from ep2. Kida deserves to have some happiness in his life. In the end, his outfit and surrounding apartment visually reflect that he hasn't quite stepped forward from his past sorrows.
