Notes:   As always loved the Thai humor & sound effects.  Wasn't a fan of leads at first, but ML grew on me, FL never did.  His love stare at FL very heart fluttering.  Actress who played Charm (Mutiple Personality Disorder Actress) & Actor that played GD (drummer) were super good.  FL's parents made me livid w/their neediness for FL...get your own dam house!  Lots of music which was okay.  Voices were nothing special.

Ending - ML sleeps w/ FL to give her back her luck & disappears.  FL chases him down & they reconnect.

Notes:   Watched because Choi Woo Shik.  He plus other actors were very good, but plot or lack thereof turned me off.  Wished for focus to be on ML's ability to escape murders/ good luck.  2 brief sex act scenes - 1 w/ ML (totally useless) & 1 w/2 support characters.  Couldn't tell if it was rape scene as a flask back or her new sketchy boyfriend.  A brief shower scene w/ML's bust portion surprised me as to how fit he must be.

Ending - Teaser - ML returns from hiding abroad & a murder of someone bad is broadcast on TV, so we are left wondering if ML is back in action.  Detective did not turn ML in.

Notes:   Loved the time period & the acting/characters.  ML spineless, but very empathetic so hard to hate him.  Many sex scenes tastefully done & w/purpose.  ML's wife's lover seemed a bit too old for her.  Many messages of tolerance of a diverse social culture makes for a better society.

Ending - ML reveals he is Dr Climax, Tien fired from paper, ML's wife & lover both pregnant.  No concrete scenes that show ML as father of either so left open for second season?  In the last minutes - wife is in front of Abortion clinic & Linda meets Khomson.

Notes:   Still not a fan of ML actor. Kinda hoping for a twisted relationship w/humor between ML's fake sister & the villain's underling.  Disliked old guy villain sexually abusing girl in wheelchair.

Ending - Villian tosses bomb so his underling shot him dead.  Villian killed girl's parents to scare her not to talk about prostitution ring.  Girl gives note to ML saying she was a runaway & never blamed ML for her paralyzed legs.

Notes:   Not a fan of ML actor.  A lot of fighting scenes.  Good balance of characters so could see them not just as actors.  Some humor that I didn't find funny.

Ending - Girl saved by ML & his partner.  Hood killed by ML's boss.  Coupe Et Tas guy killed by prison guy.  Prison guy killed by his senior/friend in organization. ML killed no one as per his 1 year agreement.

Notes:   {English dubbed}  ML acting super good.  CGI & story on par w/American standards.  Fav part was the ending where ML's partner's sister is cleaning ML's apt & chasing him around w/a cosplay hammer calling him a perv.  ML has a great body.

Ending - Union member's daughter safe, new partnership formed to continue XYZ message board requests. Union boss not caught (helicopter leaves) Potential for sequel since it's a case base plot.

Notes:   Costumes really good looking.  CGI a bit iffy.  Cinematography beautiful.  Kinda gorey.  Liked white wolf.  A few too many characters w/no back stories & a moderate amount of puffering.  FL's blue eyes entrancing.  ML's eyes a bit scary.  Sequel coming in drama form.

Ending - 7th division's camp on fire.  Tribe girl, convict & ML eating together in tent like shelter.

Do Me When You Come Home

Notes:  Some spicy scenes, but ML did not appeal to me.  Funny the cartoon drawing of him did.  Kisses were full of munching that looked like fake acting.  Liked the FL character except when her selfishness left ML feeling lonely.  Liked the surprise that ML read her manga prior, that is why he helped her to begin with.  FL actress did great job w/workaholic emotions. Not sure if dream sequences were FL actress?  Icky feeling during FL & older cafe owner dream sequence.

Ending - FL & her ex call it quits for good.  FL & ML work together to finish manga.

Notes:   Strong bond between lead characters not felt.  Emotions of characters wasn't felt.  CGI was pretty good.  Loved the fabric hitting the drums.  

Ending - Evil mermaid leader defeated/killed.  Since her underling linked she died in ML's arms/embers flew off. Super surprise...ML's assistant had 2nd piece of flute, most like a fish descendant?...not ML?

Notes:   Kinda boring & definitely irritating.  ML treated FL like crap & she was still into him.  Why?  He keeps running to emotionally damaged girl, says mean things to FL & constantly tells FL he doesn't like her.  FL dates a rival briefly, but her heart is never in it. UGHHH.  If only rival looked more manly/less feminine. Obsessed student likes teacher so kisses him w/no regard to his future.

Ending - FL bumps into ML @ the spot they met in same rain scenario.  Cold personality female classmate falls for the corky classmate & immature girl classmate has band guy ask her out.

Notes:   Lots of annoying ads.  Should have watched on Viki.com.  Not a fan of FL at all.  Liked all other actors.  Grandpa & safety vest scenes not a surprise but leader change & ML creating trip were.  A few cute humor moments, but not hilarious.  

Ending - Plane lands in Hawaii, bad guys taped to seats.  Grandpa tossed out of plane w/ teddy bear bomb.

Notes:   Nothing to make it stand out.  ML2 seemed gay.  If this is a love triangle, I'm Santa.  FL never into ML2 & his interest in FL luke warm at best.  ML a red flag guy.  3 kissing scenes 1 w/ ML2 - pressed lips, 2 w/ ML - lots of munching.  Bad girl acting good - bacause I totally hated her.  ML's have faces that may become famous?

Ending - FL chooses ML & forgives BF for stabbing her in the back.  Ex friend lost her manger & dropped out of college.

Notes:   Series & episodes too long.  AI Engineer (trust issues) & Obsessed guy (yelling @ sister) gave me red flags.  Pilot ended up being an egotist.  Great bunch of females.  Liked all of them except producer.  1 guy looked like Gong Yoo a lot.  The theme song really grew on me.  Loved the episode where siblings sang together.

Ending - ML wins poker tournament & ML sits at piano w/FL.

Notes:   Mezmorized by ML.  A few times could see his acting was just that, acting.  Chemistry not great.  5 or so kisses.  A couple w/munchies.  A lot of repetitious scenes...Ina being born.  Grandma story arc not enjoyable.  ML's sister turned slim all of a sudden, seemed like missing content.  ML's daughter actress one of my favs.  FL's sister & ML's sister almost a couple?  I loved ML's sister w/ FL's uncle.  Timeline of events left me confused.  They are both alive so ML already saved her in past once right?  Why again? Wasn't a fan of drama's music.

Ending - Accidental arsonist goes to jail.  ML died in HS school fire saving FL (FL 18 / ML 23).  ML dies again saving FL + his daughter in present day school fire.  5 years pass & ML+ FL's son retrieves his dad from the past. Loved the ending!

Boys Over Flowers Season 2

Notes:   ML had that corky charm like other versions.  3 cameos from F4 members.  The agressive move on FL as joke still felt uncomfortable/awkward.  Didn't like girl in group @ 1st but she shipped ML/FL ever after.  Most of drama FL liked/choose ML2.  Liked childhood friend 1st due to his protective nature, but then he didn't believe her so ML did, so I changed ships.

Ending - ML wins competition & FL/ML2 break up so FL runs to ML at their park statue to confess love.

Notes:   Lots of sword fighting gore.  ML opening his eyes great cinematic moment.  No love relationship arc.  Loved the horse..seemed like it had a personality.

The Princess Bodyguard's Love

Notes:  ML & his orphanage buddy creepy.  Showing ML interested in FL at age 8 gave me the icky feeling.  The revenge plot wasn't unexpected, but the kill FL plot was.  Love interest 2 was cousin?  Translation issue?  2 odd almost LGBT baiting moments.  Love rival story arc weak.

Ending - ML is shot protecting FL.  He disappears from hospital after divorce from FL.  FL chases him & they reunite.

Notes:  Expectations were low due to MDL comments.  Korean version of "ELITE."  No gay couples this version.  Disliked FL actress...very emotionless & ML2.  All the support characters totally forgettable / added nothing except FL's dad.  Was surprised teacher wasn't a student & she is the killer.  Briefly thought FL got pregnant from ML's bro.  Music fantastic.

Ending:  Sequel?  Had to read MDL comments to figure out who was dead on floor in classroom.  FL's 1/2 bro.  Not going to miss him & could care less who killed him.  Everyone got their punishments.  FL went to her mom's.

Notes:  No Chemistry between leads. 1 non-memorable kiss.  Boss's son w/ML's brother who works at gym had a cute relationship.  Humor at beginning good.  Go Kyung Pyo's facial expressions endearing.  Liked ML's mom actress.  Odd...no story/plot to drama. Was disappointed since many actors had potential.  ML2 as a love rival was weak...FL never considered him due to their past relationship.

Ending - The kids do a play about a lion & rabbit while cast watches.  ML proposes to FL after the show.

Notes:  3 stories.  1-HS boy joins club to stop masturbating.  2- Longtime frenemies fake date to help FL deal w/BF & ex boyfriend dating. 3-Heavy girl becomes friends w/her boy crush.  Good kissing in story 2 & surprisingly 3.  Ryeoun had his shirt off a lot.  Pretty HOT.  Jo Yoo Jung looked like Hailee Steinfeld, Ryeoun looked like Park Bo Gum, Kim Min Ki looked like Kim Min Jae, & Jo Sung Joon looked like Lee Jong Suk.  Jo Sung a love rival?  What was up w/ the hand fetish thing..too weird.

Notes:   Continuation of drama w/same leads.  A bit more to FL's back story but not much emotion still.

FL shouting the married actors to freeze time funny. "I'M not guilty your collarbone is guilty."    A bit heavy on the crying scenes. Music - Some songs totally enhanced scenes, others lackluster.  ML2 rival story arc weak more like bromance.  Unclear ML's 1st death...doorbell? 2) Lottery win? time didn't freeze?  "True Beauty" & "Extraordinary You" vibes.

Ending - ML shot by student artist & died.  FL became a teacher to kids & manipulative widow devastated by ML's death but no reap what you sow consequences for her.

Notes:   Not as funny as I thought it would be.  ML very endearing.  He was funny when apologizing in class to teacher.  FL bigger than ML.  FL as ML's nemesis didn't transfer off screen but ML's journey to realizing how important she is to him was charming.  Found her smiling constantly got on my nerves after awhile.  Movie to show them reuniting as adults?

Ending - FL leaves for Paris w/ parents in Jr High School.

Notes:   As a tearjerker it's a 10, but as an overall drama 5.5.  Lots of overacting, melodrama & crying (actors & me).  ML good looking but found him to be too much of a douchebag.  ML2 forces himself on FL & she sluffs it off?  The switched girl character was a totally bitch, & ML's fiancée a total wench, disliked them immensely.  FL's 1st mom annoyed me with her insaneness.  Loved the ML & FL actors.  Also loved the way FL young actress & adult talked the same way.  1 gentle quick kiss & 1 forehead kiss.  The way ML liked FL when young was a bit odd.  Incest theme not developed but line of sibling love vs partner love very blurry. Fav cinematography scene sky & water w/ thin land strip separating them.  Piano music galore.

Ending - FL dies & funeral held.  ML hit by truck, he goes flying & we see two shadowy figures in a light at the end of a tunnel playing w/each other.  ML probably dies but as to fate or planned suicide is debatable.  Her passing away seemed the appropriate ending w/how sick she was portrayed as.

Notes:   ML so adorable.  His shirt off scenes made me swoon.  Multiple couples w/their own story arcs.  All of them likable.  Definitely on the naughty scale, but tastefully & maturely done. Maybe because actors in their late 20's?  Polaroid camera takes pics that show HS kids 10 ys later was interesting concept.  ML solving his erectile dysfunction by solving each person's relationship issue in the future is a bit weird.  Saw plots of coach as dad & FL's unexpected pregnancy a mile away. A couple okay kisses with leads.

Ending - ML returns to past & corrects his mistakes. All actors standing in line at a red carpet event for FL.  Everyone in healthy happy relationships/life choices.

Notes:   ML's acting phenomenal, writing of story superb.  Loved that ML had only 1 true love & 2nd lady to come into his life wasn't a love interest.  Did not like FL at first but she won me over.  ML's ex I liked immediately.  Cute humor was enjoyable, not forced or overdone.  ML picking FL up when drunk & him putting 1000 won in jar crying my fav scenes of acting. A couple ofpeacocking scenes too many.  Wasn't a fan of ML's laundry buddy asst.  Not sure if it was the character or actor?  Mystery of who killed ML's dad & fiancée seemed realistic...drawn out like in real life.   Only music I liked was "Ah AH a AH."  Originally 16 episodes.  I liked the 12.  

Ending - ML & prosecution office work together to put abetting murdering CEO in prison.  Still unclear about what side snitch was on. (Both?)

Yamada & the 7 Witches

Notes:   In the 90's ML would have been called a Spaz at our school.  There are a few naughty bits commentary/cursing.  Kissing all over.  ML w/ 7 girls, a few guys & an old woman.  maybe about 10 w/FL.  There was quantity not quality.  Understated humor...like the accidental wish for wearing panties.  

Ending - All witches gave their powers to ML & he got rid of them by kissing the witch killer. Someone takes witch books out of safe....a small crack for a sequel season.

Notes:   Thought movie more interesting due to mains having 3 yr affair.  First kiss heat 2nd kiss no heat.   I just don't get it...they seem like an odd pair.  Loved the cat.  Fav scene all of them lounging on floor.  Hated the 180 degree emotions scenes.  FL...throw all my stuff away I am not coming back.... seconds later I love you stable guy.  What was with subtitles... "Guys don't like girls when they know another dick has been in her."

Ending - FL fights to reclaim relationship w/stable guy.

Notes:   Rewatched Alienoid 1 on Tubi first.  Lots of content from movie 1 with tiny tidbits of new info.  Thought ML had villian leader in him, but surprise it was FL.  FL very good w/ portraying good girl then bad girl.  Enjoyed dosan couple.  Loved ML's acting & his dancing, Cinematography amazing.  

Ending - Thunder takes prisoners to space to explode.  Dosan couple & ML return to historical time.  ML then shortly after goes thru portal to present day.  Detination & ML + FL reunion not shown so small crack left open for movie 3...which there is no intentions to make.

Notes:   One kiss. Adorable boys fighting over Twin.  Funny Phin rhymes w/twin. Interesting instrument.

Ending - You goes w/ mom & Me goes w/dad.  Decision making by twins very mature.  ML says twins unique, so he won't go out w/either to protect the sisterhood.  They will all stay friends.

Ripe for the Picking

Notes:   ML a pop singer from band Exhile.  Very good acting, great kissing & very nice upper body (1 shirt off scene).  Felt the heat.  Communication during bed scene a bit frustrating.  Too many I am sorries just like so many JP dramas/movies.  Disliked angry co-worker.  Married & ugly co-worker not impressionable.

Ending - FL not a virgin & found a loving partner.

Notes:   FL selfish but understand her thought process.  What's up w/ ML trying to strangle & berate FL...while in wheelchair too?  That was a bit unnerving/odd + he makes her undress in public WTH.  Wanted to see a wrap up scene w/obsessed girl in jail.  Dialogue kept dropping out.  Child actor very endearing, loved his story arc & lines.

Ending - ML leaves her & then catches her on plane.  Proposes to her on set of drama wrap up.

Notes:   Murder mystery that I thought would be boring but was surprised.  A few twists.  FL's benefactor is ML's 1/2 brother (same dad), the matron had an affair due to her husband stepping out w/HS sweetheart (FL's mom) that grandpa split up, 1/2 bro is murderer, & matron dies giving her corneas to son.  3 kisses, 2 bed scenes - 1 a bit longer/ more passionate than 2nd.  The heat wasn't on between these actors...ML seemed to try harder than FL.    Bothersome..the whole show FL says she can't be w/ML...but always is.  The selective amnesia made think "are you serious" writers.  Love rival (too strong of a term) asks FL to marry him, but story arc never developed.  ML looked like Chae Eun Wo & FL's benefactor looked like Rain.

Ending - FL returns to family bakery as it's inheritor & she asks ML to return.  FL's benefactor in jail/takes responsibility for FL's father's death.  Matron & grandpa dead.

Notes:   Storyline too choppy, made it hard to follow, but still very good.  Chemistry good.  Bedd scene 2 min in.  Pet peeve when girl behaves like she is saving her virginity after they have already done it.   About 6 kisses & ML w/ his shirt off a few times.  Felt like ML2 was in love w/ ML, not just a BF.  Cinematography okay.  Teleporting looked like Harry Potter style.

Ending - FL collapses from cancer.  A few minutes later...FL then has bracelet w/2 gold balls (200 yrs of life to counteract cancer) & ML has 1 silver ball.  His BF most likely donated 100 yrs of life to ML

Notes:   ML2 looks like Lee Ji Hoon.  Rooted for him until he went bat crazy.  ML never seemed to appreciate FL.  Even at end FL says she wants to go abroad to study.  ML says marriage & 3 kids then she can go.... WTH. Bickering chemistry. 2 kisses, both wide mouth pressed lips.  Music same as Fated to Love You (Taiwanese).  Loved all the music.  FL's $ stealing mom irritating & disappeared from drama oddly.

Ending - ML & FL at their wedding.  ML2 works w/ML to take down thug financial backers to ML2's movie.  ML2 comes to his senses.

Parody - Pretty woman trying on clothes + Romeo & Juliet.  Movie store had references to Everybody has a Little Secret, Untold Scandal & Gone with the Wind.

Notes:   Really liked all the characters & stories were interesting.  Cried quite a bit. ML had a great expressive face & eyes.  His expression after SHE KISSES HIM priceless & his crying after killing his ghost friend heartwrenchingly good.  FL very pretty.  Annoyed by her confidence then a 180 degree turn to totally helpless.  Subtle chemistry w/ positive relationship (no shenanigans).  9 kisses starting from pressed lips (kinda awkward) to a few munchies.  None had heat but still okay/good.  Cinematography good (liked safety zone), but ghosts more like zombies & make-up sometimes appeared hokie.  Music okay.  Surprises:  [1] police ghost's wife cheated/lonely [2] pastor wanted girl group videos deleted...not porn [3] Twins  [4] Policeman as killer & son of politician.  [5] A stalker.  FL as ML's young friend n/a surprise.  Why was evil spirit after camera?  Liked white fluffy dog.  Favorite thing...no overacting by all actors...all even temperaments.

Ending - ML returns camera to Netherworld & twin boy leads him out (my fav surprise).  1 yr passes in world.  FL's BF & office ghost dating (totally unrealistic).  If she passed from cancer & they ended up together that would be more believable.

Notes:   Actually, wished this was no romance & that ML character was a bit more corky or had more personality plus.  Not sure if Song Joong Ki or writers were issue.  The fight scenes w/ ML & many attackers didn't make ML look bad ass.  1 shirt off scene that did make him look hot!  Disliked the actress & character of older female lawyer...why was she so bossy?  & The snack shop lady who was way too touchy w/ML for no reason.  2 pretty good kisses w/leads.  The one at end had a bit of munching.  Their chemistry.... as friends... was enjoyable. Ok Taec Yeon & Kwak Dong Yeon acting was phenomenal.  

Ending - ML2 shoots brother & brother dies.  ML2 hires thugs to stab lawyer & he dies.  Vincenzo kills ML2 & his corrupt lawyer.  The gold was saved at FL's house & USB of info given to detective.  Vincenzo escaped to an island but briefly returns to kiss FL after a year of post cards.

Ending - Robot turned out to be copy of ML's wife in the future, that he ordered so robot could time travel to past for wife to see husband as teen.  ML meets teen that is going to be his wife in the future at the park.  Robot reset/turned off returned to 2080 w/agent.

CGI was pretty good & the right amount (not too little not too much).  Good American music.  Loved the firefly fest by waterfall.  Are Yukai bad people?  Clans bad people?  What is this power?

Ending - Cliffhangers = ML remembers he is 5th clan rep.  FL banished back to the nothing/did not free her people.  ML's Grandma's involvement?  ML's mom's secret she was going to tell ML's dad?  Libiran's story now that she knows Yukai did not kill her parents?

Notes:   Viki has ML's thoughts translated...Netflix doesn't.  Frustrating for me to miss this crucial piece of story arc.  Struggled to watch this.  ML looked like so many different actors which kept distracting me.  FL pretty, acting questionable & her long fingers beautiful.  Storyline a mess.  Chemistry meh.  Leads - 5 or so pressed lip kisses....last one a series of 3 but last one had the beginnings of munchies.  1 almost Sexy scene w/ML shirt off near beginning.   2nd couple had 2 pressed lip kisses.  Liked this couple's quirky chemistry.  ML's actions seemed a bit stalker/creepy to me...even with a warm cute smile.  ML a lot taller than FL.  FL character 30 & ML character 26...not cringy at all.

Ending - FL breaks up w/ ML to avoid warning of death to ML.  They reunite to remove power, but ML stops it.  FL's work partner finds that death of college guy was heart disease & tells book writer.

Cinematography amazing.  Loved pagoda by waterfall & mountain peoples home in cliff.

Ending - ML gives his red string to Pinky & she ties it to vet & ML ties other end to girlfriend to save her.  Old Elevator couple ML & Mi I think.  Kids @ vets office Pinky & ML reincarnated.  I preferred Mi & ML to be together all reincarnations.  Thought Pinky a bit selfish to not respect ML's love for his girlfriend.
