Welcome to Samdalri tells the story of Cho Yong Pil (Ji Chang Wook), a weather forecaster from the small town of Samdalri on Jeju island, and Cho Sam Dal (Shin Hye Sun), an ambitious woman from the same town returning years after she left for Seoul. Sam Dal always thought that Jeju was too small for her. So, she made it her dream to go to Seoul and never return to her hometown. After moving to Seoul, she dived headfirst into the world of photography. She endured the grueling life of an assistant in the fiercely competitive fashion photography industry for eight long years and even changed her name from Cho Sam Dal to Cho Eun Hye. Eventually, her hard work bore fruit, and she reached the pinnacle of her career.Sam Dal is a talented photographer. Her ability to capture moments, her precise timing when pressing the shutter, and her unwavering commitment to producing perfect works all serve as a testament to her professionalism. She can produce high-quality photographs in a short time, which leaves even celebrities with no choice but to hold her in high regard.
