Ju Ji Hoon scares Choo Young Woo to death in 'The Trauma Code's preview
The premiere of Resident Playbook, which had been delayed due to the doctors strike, has been set for April.
Hospital Playlist's spinoff, Resident Playbook is a drama about doctors working at Yulje Hospital. It revolves around their hospital lives and friendship. Hospital Playlist's writer Kim Song Hee penned the script, and Lee Min Soo directed the K-drama.
Originally scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2024, the medical drama has been continuously delayed due to the doctors strike that broke out in early 2024 in South Korea. However, the wait is over for fans who have been eagerly anticipating the series, as tvN has now announced that Resident Playbook will premiere in April 2025.
tvN has also revealed the lineup for 2025. Some of the dramas the South Korean network is airing this year include My Dearest Nemesis, starring Mun Ka Young and Choi Hyun Wook; The Potato Lab, starring Lee Sun Bin and Kang Tae Oh; Divorce Insurance, starring Lee Dong Wook, Lee Joo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo, and Lee Da Hee; Resident Playbook, starring Go Youn Jung, Shin Shi Ah, Kang Yoo Seok, and Jung Joon Won; and Unknown Seoul, starring Park Bo Young and Park Jin Young; among others.
Resident Playbook's premiere date is yet to be determined. Stay tuned!
