Teaser Posters Revealed For the Upcoming Drama "The Devil Judge"
South Korean actress who gained fame in the 1995 drama "A Sunny Place of the Young", Lee Ji Eun was found dead in her home in Seoul yesterday, March 8 at around 8 p.m. KST.
Police officials are currently investigating the case stating, "We have received a call from her acquaintance who said they could not contact the actress." The police have applied for a postmortem examination warrant and will get into contact with her son who is currently enlisted in the military. Once granted permission, the authorities will perform an autopsy to determine her exact cause of death.
Lee Ji Eun was born on August 28th 1971. She debuted as a model through the 1994 SBS program "Good Morning". The actress was well known for her roles in "Feelings", "The King and the Queen", "You Don't Know My Feelings", and "A Sunny Place of the Young". She then received the Best Rookie Actress award on 6th Chunsa Film Arts Awards, 15th Youngpyeong Awards, 16th Blue Dragon Film Awards and 34th Grand Bell Awards for her 1995 film "My Dear Keum Hong".

In the year 2000, she married a venture capitalist whose business suffered due to management difficulties. The actress then became the sole breadwinner, establishing a children's salon. In 2004, she last appeared on screen in the KBS2 drama "Emperor of the Sea".
