The film The Childe is expected to captivate the summer box office with thrilling pursuits and an unpredictable storyline. It confirmed its release on June 21st, revealing two teaser posters and a teaser trailer.
The Childe tells the story of Marco (played by Kang Tae Joo), a boxing player who confronts an unknown man named the Childe and various forces with different motives who pursue him in a chase of madness.
The teaser poster released on the 16th captures the intense moments of Marco (Kang Tae Joo), a boxing player who becomes the target of everyone overnight, and Childe (Kim Seon Ho), an unidentified pursuer who turns his surroundings into chaos. The calm expression of the Childe aiming the gun at the target and Marco desperately running through the dense forest create a contrast, foreshadowing the fierce chase battle surrounding Marco in the film.
The accompanying teaser trailer starts with a captivating scene of the Childe waiting for someone accompanied by a sweet melody, arousing curiosity. From Marco, who becomes the target of mysterious figures without knowing the reason, to the Childe, who circles him and wreaks havoc, Director Han (Kim Kang Woo), a second-generation conglomerate heiress who persistently pursues Marco, and Yoon Ju (Go Ah Ra), a mysterious woman who keeps coincidentally encountering Marco.
