The upcoming K-drama "The Heavenly Idol" will officially air next month.
On January 13, tvN released the first teaser of the upcoming fantasy K-drama "The Heavenly Idol." Through the teaser, it was also confirmed that the K-drama will begin airing on February 15.
"The Heavenly Idol" will revolve around a minister named Rembrary who became an unpopular idol overnight. The series will base its story on the web novel of the same name. The series will be directed by Park So Yeon and written by Lee Cheon Geum. The series will be produced by Studio Dragon and Pita Fat Studio High Ground.
Kim Min Gue, Go Bo Gyeol, Lee Jang Woo, Ye Ji Won, Tak Jae Hoon, and Park Sang Nam will play as the characters of the K-drama.
"The Heavenly Idol" will be part of tvN's Wednesday and Thursday K-drama timeslot. The first episode will air on February 15 at 10:30 PM KST.

In the teaser clip, Kim Min Gue introduced himself as minister Rembrary who was respected by everyone. He is a minister who serves God.
However, Rembrary soon became part of the unpopular idol singer and was the center of the group. He came to his senses wherein he is performing on the stage in an idol costume. In the next scenes, Rembrary who is now Woo Yeon Woo confesses that he doesn't know how to dance. The scene shows the clumsy moves of Woo Yeon Woo that will bring laughter and sadness. It also showcased the adjustments needed for Rembrary to be with other members in the dormitory.
The k-drama shows interest if he will be able to succeed from being a minister into an unpopular idol.
