Kim Dong Wook and Jin Ki Joo's upcoming k-drama "Run Into You" announces premiere date!

The upcoming KBS k-drama Run Into You will officially air in May!

On March 21, KBS finally confirmed that the upcoming k-drama starring Kim Dong Wook and Jin Ki Joo will begin airing starting on May 1st. 

KBS also released several still cuts of Kim Dong Wook showcasing his portrayal of the character named Yoon Hae Joon. 

Aside from Kim Dong Wook and Jin Ki Joo, the k-drama will also be led by Seo Ji Hye, Lee Won Jung, Lee Ji Hyun, Lee Kyu Hoe, and more.

The upcoming series will be directed by Kang Soo Yeon and Lee Woong Hee. The screenplay has been written by Baek So Yeon.

Run Into You is a mystery romance k-drama that will revolve around Yoon Hae Joon and Baek Yoon Young who will go back to the year 1987. Both have different intentions for time traveling. Yoon Hae Joon wants to know the culprit of a serial murder case while Baek  Yoon Young wants to stop her parents from marrying each other. Although they have different agendas, the two will eventually work together as they realize that their objectives are connected.

Kim Dong Wook will play the character named Yoon Hae Joon. He accidentally gets into a time machine and lives his life revolving around it. He was a former broadcasting station reporter before he discovered the time machine. 

Jin Ki Joo will play the role of Baek Yoon Young, an aspiring writer but due to financial difficulties, she has to work at a publishing company as an ordinary employee. 

Run Into You will air its first episode on May 1st and it will be part of KBS' Monday and Tuesday k-drama timeslot. The k-drama will have a total of 16 episodes. Aside from KBS, it will also premiere on the OTT platform wavve.
