2024 Manga Adaptations (January - June)
It has been announced that popular Japanese actress Maeda Atsuko (a former AKB48 star) and actor Katsuji Ryo (Crows Explode, Reunion) got married today.
Apparently, they met on the set of NTV's 2015 drama Do Konjou Gaeru and started dating this year. They submitted their marriage application yesterday. Katsuji won the 29th Japan Academy Awards as Best Newcomer for his role in Aegis (2006).
Maeda graduated from AKB48 in 2012, but she had already become an international star and most popular idol. Some of the singles on which she got featured are: Heavy Rotation, Oogoe Diamond, Everyday, Katyusha, Flying Get, Beginner, Kaze wa Fuiteiru, RIVER etc. After that, she went on to pursue a solo career.
