Jeon Hye Jin and Jin Seon Kyu are in talks to join the upcoming star studded Korean film "Hunt"!
On March 11th, industry insiders stated that Jeon Hye Jin and Jin Seon Kyu will work with Lee Jung Jae and Jung Woo Sung for the upcoming movie titled "Hunt".
Representative of Jeon Hye Jin and Jin Seon Kyu's agency both confirmed that the two actors are currently reviewing the casting offer.
The upcoming film will be directed by actor Lee Jung Jae who is also part of the cast. The production of the star studded film will be managed by Sanai Pictures, who previously worked on films like "Money" and "The Spy Gone North".
"Hunt" is an espionage action film in which two top agents from the National Intelligence Service (NIS) named Park Pyung Ho and Kim Jung Do will discover a shocking truth while chasing a North Korean spy chief.
The upcoming film will be the first ever directing project of actor Lee Jung Jae. His best friend and top actor Jung Woo Sung will also participate in the movie to show his loyalty and support.
If Jeon Hye Jin accepts the offer, she will play the role of an agent in National Intelligence Service (NIS). This would potentially be her comeback to the big screen since 2019. She last appeared in the film "Ashfall" with Lee Byung Hun and Ha Jung Woo. The actress last starred in the hit 2020 drama "Stranger 2" with Jo Seung Woo and Bae Doo Na.
Jin Seon Kyu on the other hand recently starred in the 2021 movie "Space Sweepers" with Song Joong Ki, Kim Tae Ri, and Yoo Hae Jin. If the actor accepts the casting offer for "Hunt", this will be his second movie for 2021. He's currently confirmed to star in the upcoming film "Confidential Assignment 2: International" with Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin.
